I was looking for a new Mystic Tan salon because my old salon kept raising the prices and I didn't get the same results anymore. I went to Le Beach Club in Sherman Oaks and I absolutely love them. The girl took me around, showed me everything even though I was only interested in the Mystic. She walked me through all the prices and gave me a great deal. She even gave me their "Mystic Essential Kit" (Tan Extender and the spray that picks up the bad mystic smell) with my package. I got a better per session price because she let me pay 1/2 now and 1/2 next month, which NO OTHER tanning salon does. She had a smile on her face from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left. I will absolutely be back. THANK YOU LE BEACH CLUB!!!!!

I was pushed into purchasing a package last year, even though I hardly ever go tanning. I called them today to use the 4 remaining tans I have left and they told me they had expired, which should totally be illegal in California. I paid for 5 tanning sessions and only got 1 for the $250 I paid for the package. What a rip-off. The girl on the phone today said the only way I can get the sessions back was to buy ANOTHER package! She also said the expiration was written on the contract but of course I don't have my contract anymore. I don't even remember receiving a copy of it and the girl who sold me the package didn't mention anything about the sessions expiring. Wow, I sure paid a lot of money for ONE tanning session! What a crock. I see a class action in the works for this place.

Cons: Rip off!

The comment below me is completely untrue. I just bought a package, 30 tans and or mystics for $375.00. I have never heard of ANY salon charging 500.00 bucks for 10 tans! Yes the lotions can be pricey but they work and are better for your skin then cheapy stuff that you get at the grocery store. They also break up your payments into 1 every 2 weeks which no other salon does! I think that person must have had a bad experience or actually knows someone that works there that he/she doesn't get along with. Le Beach Club is the best!

Pros: Nice staff, NOT PUSHY WHAT SO EVER

Cons: There aren't any!

I will start positively, the beds are super clean and isn't that busy. I have never had to wait to tan. But, should you have to pay $500.00 for 10 tans? I took a cheaper package. I felt pressured and feel that way every time I go in. I can't wait for my 10 tans to be over so I can go somewhere else for 1/2 that and lay in a bed just as clean. When I go to the counter I'm always asked how my tanning is going, which would seem nice, but it is followed by, "Do you have a facial tanner, what about an after tanning lotion?" This isn't just one time, it's everytime. The products aren't cheap either but they'll give you one for the low price of purchasing ANOTHER package at $500.00 a pop. It's not like they recognize you either from one day to the next, if I didn't want the product yesterday, why would I want it today? I feel like i'm walking onto a used car lot everyday!

Pros: Clean

Cons: PUSHY salespeople!

I am tan-aholic!!! I've done each and every Mystic/airbrush tan that there is out there. I went to Le Beach Club to try their's and OMG it is absolutely amazing. Everyone knew what they were talking about and they even gave me some tips that I had never heard about that totally made my Mystic come out so much better and last so much longer. I will absolutely be back- often!! THANK YOU LE BEACH CLUB!!!

After having a bad experience at another tanning salon, I decided to go down the street to Le Beach Club. I am extremely glad I did. Not only were the sales people standing at the counter with a smile when I came in, they answered every question I had and reassured me that I would not have any of those problems I had before. The salon was beautiful and the staff knew what they were talking about. I can't imagine going anywhere else. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I live right in the Valley so Sherman Oaks was the most convenient location for me. From the minute I walked in to the salon today I was floored by the helpfulness of the 2 girls working this afternoon. They really knew how much I needed to tan before my wedding in 4 months and I can already see results from todays tan alone. They worked with me and let me split up my payment in 2 so I could get a bigger package (which I actually will need). You never get a second first impression and believe me, Le Beach Club does not need one- I'll be tanning at Le Beach Club for a very long time.

Pros: Helpful staff, beautiful salon, and amazing equipment.

Cons: You might drive by it if you're not looking on 2nd floor.

I was getting ready to leave on a trip to Hawaii and i was sooooooo white, i burn so easy! I went into Le Beach Club 1 week before i left and they saved my trip! I got off the plane in Hawaii with a base tan and left Hawaii without burning. The staff at The Sherman Oaks location was so helpful, and nice! I will definitely be back!

Pros: helpful staff, clean salon, good prices

Cons: ??????
