Amazing job!! I highly recomend Prieto Engineering

Prieto was helpful from the get-go!!!

We have a huge sloped back yard & had some ideas of what to do but were quite overwhelmed. Giulliano was very patient listening to all of our concerns and his suggestions really helped us decide which direction to go and also (more importantly) what would be most cost effective.

We had some pretty extensive grading done to our sloped property, several retaining walls were built and we now have a beautiful textured concrete patio that looks amazing and takes care of any drainage issues in the area.

We also expanded our driveway to fit our two cars...It looks great! We've had people from the neighborhood give us compliments on how well it turned out as well as a few inquiries about who did the job.

Throughout the whole process as issues would come up they were always able to give us a few options on how to resolve. With the large earth moving equipment on our property there was some very slight incidental damage and they went out of their way to repair and leave as good as new.

The Prieto staff is very professional, on time, and they were even friendly (Bonus!) I'd recommend them to anyone & I will definitely work with them again when I need good work to be done.

Super Professional, and fantastic workmanship

WIthin 48 hours of signing contract with Prieto Construction, they had completed work that other contractors said would take a week to finish. The quality of work was great, the crew were professional and the price was best out of 5 bids. I highly recommend this company.

Prieto Engineering has all the right tools for the job!

Prieto Engineering has never let me down in the many projects we've completed together. As a general contractor specializing in all sizes of home remodeling, concrete needs can be large or small, and Prieto does it all. They have the ultimate set of tools; Bobcat tractors, mini-excavator, heavy duty compactors, and a well trained crew. But the most important thing is a great concrete finish! Wheather they'e building retaining walls, garden walls, caissons, footings, slabs, driveways, walkways or stepping pads, the finish is always done with precision and care.

Great Concrete Contractor

I have used Prieto Engineering in many of my rental properties. They have built walkways and placed new driveways at many of my apartment complexes.

They are extremely quick, clean, and efficient. It seems my property is cleaner everytime they come.

The owners are a family and their employees are well trained and respectful.

I would recommend them to anyone.

• Cons: They are very busy but I always wait for them.
