6 months before my wedding, I decided to TRY to get into shape. Needing to firm up and lose 15 lbs. I had been trying classes, gyms and diets and nothing was changing my body as I had wanted. I called Adam and he got me into the best shape of my life by my special day. I have never looked better and I never could have done it without him. He delivers exactly what he promises.
