I was surprised at just how easy the loan process was! I was interested in a Home Equity Line of Credit, but after working with thier Certified Mortgage Planner, a refinance was the better option. It was fast, easy, and I ended up with a greater understanding of how to make the most of my investment. I will most definately work with Niche Lending again!

I was a first time home buyer. I was worried that I wouldn’t qualify or be able to afford the payment, because I had some credit issues and a small down payment. The mortgage planner assisted me in settling my credit issues and educating me in the home loan options. I qualified with a real comfortable payment. In addition, Niche Lending’s staff was superb in educating and helping me through the whole loan process.
Pros: Great Service, Knowledgeable Mortgage Planner and staff, Very Nice and Empathetic with my credit issues
