Circuit works is amazing! It is the best workout you will get anywhere in los angeles and your body will thank you. It is very fast-paced, fun, high energy class with great music. The classes are small enough that you feel a part of the "circuit works family" and you get attention from the trainers, but they are big enough not break your budget. I used circuit works nutrition and workout program and lost 40 lbs in 4 months!!!!!!

Circuit Works is great- Knowledgable trainers with helpful suggestions. All of the benefits of working out with a personal trainer & being in the group exercise environment. It is a great place to go to learn more about health & fitness, get in shape & meet people. I tell everyone about it- it is a great concept, especially for those who are short on time. Being somebody that gets bored with workouts, this is the place for me- I love that each workout changes according to the day / time of the class. Do your body a favor today- visit Circuit Works & have fun burning it off!

Super workout -- Raphael kicks it up and keeps it at that level until the brutal end. You go from aerobic to anaerobic every few minutes -- different weight exercise every time. And the last 5 minutes are intense stomach exercises. Schedule is varied every day and the time goes by superfast. I recommend buying the package. This can fit into anyone's busy schedule.

Pros: Varied schedule & times

I've belonged to several gyms over the years, worked out with personal trainers, done circuit training in a semi-private setting, taken yoga and pilates classes, but nothing compares to Circuitworks and the energy of Raphael's well-thought out program. The classes contain everything necessary to keep you in tip-top shape, and each session is different from the last, preventing the boredom that sometimes comes with the "same old" routine at other gyms. There are so many classes each day and the flexibility of on-line sign up makes it a very user-friendly! Having taken a bit of time off from exercise due to (gym) burn-out, I've been searching for the perfect class, and though I've only been going for a short while, Circuitworks definitely fits the bill.

Pros: Many classes each day, convenient location, knowledgeable staff

I have tried all sorts of different exercise programs and Ciruitworks is the only one I've found that offers a "one stop shopping" workout experience. During a one hour class, we warm up, stretch and get right into it, alternating back and forth in one minute intervals of cardio and weight training. My heart rate stays up (so I know I'm getting a great workout) and the variety of moving to different weight stations and cardio machines really makes the time fly by. The best part... I don't get bored! Unlike working out at my other gym, I'm not watching the clock. Every class ends with an awesome abs session and, before you know it, it's over. This really is the perfect workout!

Pros: Great Motivating Staff!

If you want to become healthy and strong, stay in shape, shed a few pounds or loose a great deal of weight...Circuitworks is the place for you. In one hour you will accomplish more than in a half an hour of cardio, followed by an hour with a personal trainer. Circuitworks offers a complete workout combining strength training and cardio in a one hour session...your investment will be worth it!

Okay... so I need someone to push me and I like a little competition. This is such a perfect setup for me. No set night which is an advantage over a personal trainer... I go when I can and I pay when I go. NICE. When I go I workout so hard that sometimes I feel like I am going to pass out which is a good thing. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I'm thinking I'm burning about 1200 calories in an hour. The best 25 bucks I spend each day. RUN, don't walk...

You just have to try it yourself to completley understand what a truly amazing workout it is. The classes are fun, challenging and constantly changing, so no early burn out. All the instructors are kind but dont let you get away with being lazy. Commit to a package and you will see a difference fast, not to mention you will feel guilty when too much time slips by. It has a wonderful neighborhood attitude with a cutting edge vibe....

I heard good things about this place, but was still skeptical. I was an all american track althlete and have had my share of super intense workouts. It takes a lot to challenge me, even years after retiring from competitive sports. But...Rapheal did it. I was fully wiped at the end of the class. It's very high paced. You change exercises every few minutes so you don't get bored. And he (& his staff) are great at giving each person attention throughout the class. He checks your form constantly throughout the class, will inspire you to go up in weight and is great at keeping you in the game mentally. One thing to note...bring a water bottle. you're bound to sweat and you absolutely dont have time to run to a fountain in between exercises. if you forget, you can buy a bottle there. it's also a bargain for what you get, ie, very personalized training,....but more more costly than a gym like equinox.

Pros: intense workout in a small group format, coaches inspire you and correct your form, clean brand new gym, on hip street

Cons: no parking, pricey if compared to monthly gym membership
