Limo Service professional, arrived on time and driver always was prompt when we called him to pick us up at different locations. Was a great night all in all! However, I'm a little glad that I knew my way around LA--- They didn't have the addresses of the first place we were going and also a few times during the night I had to give directions. No biggie though-- still a good night.

These guys are just great and in my experience they the best limousine service in Los Angeles! Aaron is a pleasure to work with... The service and follow-through were seemless. I would not hesitate for a moment to highly recomend them for any occasion. Finally, I have just one call to make!

I would definitely recommend Beach Cities Limo Service to anyone...had a great time, and even with not much notice, the limo was at my door. I use car services a lot in various cities, but Aaron was by far one of the best drivers. Very personable, and I will use them again for sure!

Professional service with extreme reliability. Aaron and his drivers are what make Beach City Concierge service top notch in the LA area. You truly feel like a celebrity in their hands. Drivers are very knowledgeable and able to change plans at a moments notice. This service extends far beyond excellent chauffeured limo and concierge service to the "BEST FRIEND " with all the IN's of Los Angeles. If they say they are on it.... trust me they are All Over It! A service my business can not do without!

Pros: Timely, Professional, Able, Ready, Knowledgeable, Goes over and beyond the call of duty,

We used Beach Cities Concierge & Limo Service to go to a concert at the Honda Center. The Escalade we were hoping for was already booked that night, so we took a gamble and went with the 10-passenger limo. Our driver was on-time and very courteous. Beach Cities Concierge & Limo Service took the time to warn us that concert goers the night before had run into a lot of traffic and advise us to change our pick-up time. We got there in good time and we able to relax and enjoy the show. We will definitely call them again.

Cons: no AUX jack in the vehicle

This company is GREAT! They are one of the best car services I've ever used. Always on time, beautiful cars (love the ESCALADE), So professional, courteous and I will continue to use them for all future personal and company events.

Pros: they really care and WANT to please you.

We use Beach City Concierge for all of our travel needs.... They are very dependable and always help us get to our destination with out stress or complications. If you need great service and a place you can depend on they are the ones to call!

Pros: Very Friendly and always on time.

This is the best limo service around! Aaron (who is great) was on time and got us to our destination early even though there was traffic. He knew an alternative route! If I was driving I'd still be sitting in traffic. After the show he was there to pick us up in our predetermine spot in one minute! We loved this company and highly recommend it to all!!!

Pros: Everything!

Cons: Nothing!

I have been using Beach Cities for over a year now for both personal and business trips. They are always on time and always check in with me. I have used other car/limo services in the past and would recommend Beach Cities to anyone. Aaron, the owner, takes customer service very seriously, he's the best!

My driver was very professional, neat and "on-time". My limo was very clean and loaded with lots of extras...which made my experience with this company a delight. Thanks for the experience!!!
