company "lost" my booking

I booked Laprom based on all of the great reviews read here on Citysearch. My booking was for a Sunday. I called to confirm the previous Friday and the person responded that I would receive a confirmation call on Saturday. I did not receive a call on Saturday. Sunday morning I called to confirm my move for that day and he could not find my booking. Because the dispatcher took so long getting back to me with an alternate plan, I chose to find another company and postpone my move to the next day. I was very disappointed in the company's follow-through given the professional quote and phone call I received to book the moving date.

We did call you to confirm on Saturday, you did not answer your phone. As we explain to all our customers, if we can't reach you the day before to confirm your move, we can't send the guys. However in your case, we even showed up that day on the afternoon at your loading address, but you were already gone. I'm sorry you feel that way about my company, if you would of given us a chance, you would have seen that we do a great job. And why do you say the dispatcher is slow? It took him 30 minutes to get back to you because he had to call some of our men who were on their day off to come and do your job (Which we never even got paid for).
