This Company Really Delivers!!

When I approached Ciplex, I had been "taken" by a fly by night operation with a slick sales pitch that took my money and gave me nothing for it!! (Thank you XTS Global, Adam Bierman and Justin Urbas). I spoke with Adam Lily at Ciplex and warned him that I was not a trusting person any longer since being burned. But, I have to say, Adam's approach to this damaged customer was one of respectful straight-talk that reassured without being condescending or too "Hollywood." He informed me of the process, what Ciplex could do for me without sounding like a used car salesman and won my trust - - which was no small task.

And let me tell you, these guys definitely delivered! I set out to take my equestrian hobby to the next level by creating a subscription based site where members can see a new video clinic/training session each month. The folks at Ciplex built a very complex, yet user friendly site (I'm computer-challenged and needed something easy!) with a gorgeous design!! My site features membership based-recurring billing, RSS feeds to supply news, video uploads, a quiz, blog, forum, articles and a store to sell products.

When I approached Ciplex I had a lot of ideas but not much money. They worked with me to come up with a gorgeous design (thank you Alex) that I get tons of complements for, on a modifiable platform (Drupal) that will grow with my site. One of the things that I am especially grateful for is how the Ciplex team (led by the brilliant Michal Minecki) came to the table with creative solutions to my various ideas. They used their expertise to give me a site that is really efficient and uder-friendly. This isn't what I do for a living...I work in TV and horses are my hobby...but this is SO what these guys do! Learn from my experience...I picked the wrong horse the first time out...but I certainly picked a winner with Ciplex.

Searching through the portfolios of about a dozen web development companies, I found Ciplex on my short list and ultimately decided to partner with them. They have an exceptional staff, and I was very pleased every step of the way. Their team worked seamlessly with multiple parties on my end to launch a site that meets my business objectives.

In regard to SEO, other companies failed to generate any tangible results, so I was skeptical at the outset. To my delight Ciplex has managed my campaign for over a year with huge success. I have seen consistent growth every month, and they have proven their ability to drive large volumes of targeted organic traffic to my website.

Ciplex Is not recommended

I'm writing this to let other people know abut Ciplex before they get tangled into a contract.

I asked Ciplex for a quote on a NPO website. They quickly responded with a professional reply. I was excited to see how wonderful this company was.

After exchanging several email with one of their agents the agent got angry with me because I wanted a simple website, yet I had a huge budget. He told me that I wasn't completely explaining what i wanted.(apparently my budget was too high for what i wanted) After trying to explain this, he became very short with me, like he was a teenager that just got their feelings hurt.

Thankfully, I didn't end up tangled into a contact with them, this was before a proposal was drawn.

Watch out when it comes to CIplex.

Easy and very fun to work with

When it came to the point of the website design, i was lucky to select Ciplex from 3-4 other companies.

Meeting with the owners, site visit, proposal which included the timeframe for the completion was done in a day or two.

Project manager was assigned, but that did not mean that we where done. It was not an easy task to create a website for the upscale spa, especially in Los Angeles. The concept and unique features of the facility had to be integrated in plain, classy and easy to navigate design. Voda Spa is 10 months old now and we are using Ciplex for SEO, and i did not hesitate for a minute.

Creative, attentive and hardworking team.

Site is working without any glitches, plenty of options for expansion, integrates different media files, tour page is amazing, navigation bars with flush, but not to much, links to services, appointments requests, gift certificates, restaurant and bar menues, you name it.

Great designers but even better search engine marketers! My redesign project was quite challenging because there were loads of things to do to make it SEO friendly. They moved the site to a different server, solved my url issues, customized my CMS, sorted out sitemap problems - all with SEO in mind. Great work , guys, I am doing much better traffic-wise now!

Incredible - truly! From the first phone call to them, to the final product - the entire process was nearly flawless! If you need a website, Ciplex is your company. They are not the cheapest though, but you get what you pay for.

Got a redesign

My business needed a redesign because my competitor?s web page looked more impressive and modern then mine. I was losing more and more of my business, new and returning, to this guy and so my company?s website needed a redesign quickly. I did a lot of shopping around, looked at a million portfolios and when I saw that Ciplex had developed Nike?s Summer Pro League I knew if they had Nike as a client I would be with a very professional group of web designers. I called them up got told them all of my ideas and there where no snags or hang-ups at all. One nice thing about these guys is that they are accessible, quick to return calls, and easy to deal with.

I'm not the most technical guy, but Ciplex was super easy to deal with.

Top notch work, easy to get in contact with, and they got the companies page built built on time!

It was their portfolio that really won me over because everything looks extremely modern absolutely nothing looked dated.

I ended up recommending them to a business friend who had his web page created by some company in India. I had heard his horror stories, and I knew I didn't have the time or patience to deal with someone whose native language is not english. I'm too busy and I don't want to have to call them on their time because there is a huge time difference. Long story short , at first it appeared cheaper to outsource the webpage but with the time difference, language difference, and different culture there where just too many risky factors that could've costed me to much $.

• Cons: nothing really just glad i got my page done because i had stalled for a while
