Best groomer in Los Angeles

I would follow Nicole, the groomer at Judy's Pet Depot, anywhere in the city to groom my pampered pooches. I have taken them to her for over 5 years and have always had a wonderful experience. My dogs love going there and come out feeling and looking great. I would not trust my dogs to anyone else.

Awsome Groomer

The groomer Nicole is fantastic; she has been giving haircuts to my 2 "kids" (my dogs) for about a year now.

I do make an appointment in advance, because she's very popular. The wait is worth it. Nicole is one of the most caring people I have ever met. She does a fantastic job on my two little ones; please believe me when I say that the grooming at Judy's Pet Depot is truly the best . Also, all of the staff at the store treat me very well. The selection of merchandise is terrific; Judy's has everything my dogs need.

Amazing groomers, wonderful toys

I have a rescued mixed breed who is very shy. All of the groomers at Judy's Pet Depot take their time, and treat my dog with kindness and gentleness. Both my dog and cat love the many toys I bring home for them--Judy's has a wonderful variety. The food selection is great too. This store is small, but Judy has all kinds of fabulous animal supplies. Her staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Judy's Pet Depot!

Pricey, RUDE, Unorganized grooming...!

I can totally get behind the other review here about her dogs getting "lost". Same thing happened to my two furry children at Judy's Hellish Dog store on Westwood Blvd!

Plus the groomer, the tall blond, is a Grade A B****! She treats me and other customers so poorly, lord only knows what she does to the dogs! YIKES! Plus her scissoring is NOTHING to write home about...! I have heard from others that she cuts dogs too...?!

Don't go to Judy's—not for overpriced food or toys, and certainly NOT FOR GROOMING! Your dog may get "lost" by the unorganized and RUDE grooming staff!

I JUST HAD TO CLEAR UP SOMETHING I DID NOT LOSE ANYONE'S PET. TWO PEOPLE WITH THE SAME LAST NAME HAD GROOMING APPOINTMENTS WITH THE SAME LAST NAME. ONE WAS HAVING SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP THERE PET. AT NO TIME DID i GIVE SOMEONE ELSE THE WRONG DOG AND i HAD GROOMING CARDS WITH THE INFORMATION ON EACH CAGE. ALSO i WOULD NEVER LAUGH OR JOKE ABOUT SOMETHING SO SERIOUS AS A MISSING PET. THANKS FOR LETTING ME SPEAK.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PET TO BE GROOMED HERE - THEY LOST MY DOGS

This place nearly gave me a heart attack by losing my dogs and should not be in the pet business. I dropped my dogs off. They told me they'd call me an hour and a half later. After two hours I called back and asked whether they were ready. Two separate people described my dogs to me and told me: "Your dogs have been picked up by your housekeeper". We do not have a housekeeper!!!!

I was in tears thinking my dogs were stolen and could be lost forever!! When i asked them what on earth they were doing releasing dogs to strangers they just started lying to me - claiming they had called me and spoken to me and that i said it was ok.

They don't even check ID which means any person's dog could be taken at any time by any person. totally scary and unprofessional.

My boyfriend and I got in our cars leaving our jobs racing over thinking we had to call the police. Just before my boyfriend got there they called to say they'd had a mix up and they had found the dogs. They then tried to make a joke of it with him instead of apologizing and writing off the fee for the agony they put us through. It's just not worth the horror of thinking you've lost your dogs forever to get them groomed. skip this place.

excellent service

iT WAS NOT JUST THE PRODUCTS THAT WERE GREAT; THE SERVICE WAS TERIFFIC. SO ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS HAD TO HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY AN EX EMPLOYEE, PEOPLE WHO WRITE NEGATIVE COMMENTS THAT ARE NOT TRUE SHOULD REALLY BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. I LOVED THE STORE AND THE PEOPLE THAT WORKED THERE WERE GREAT, NEXT I WILL TRY THE GROOMING. OH BY THE WAY IAM NOT AN EMPLOYEE, I LOVE ALSO THEY DO NOT SELL DOGS.

SO HOW CAN PEOPLE SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT A STORE THAT IS NOT SELLING DOGS. OPRAH WOULD LOVE THEM ALSO.

Employees writing two reviews in a row does little to enhance the dignity of this store. Yes, they sell good products...much better than Petco. However, the mangement leaves a little to be desired.

great customer service

wow I never thought I would be writing a review. First off Judy's Pet depot is awsome. I would never expect a business to wait for me after hours; but the owner let me in after hours and did a return on a collar I bought that was to small. The credit card machine was already closed for the nite and they gave me a cash refund. This store went above and beyond my expectations. I also would tell everybody to try Nicole in the grooming room. She has been grooming with the owner for about 10 years and was so wonmderful.

thank you Nicole. Oh by the way I also love a business that does not sell dogs and cats.
