Awesome service! Lacy is very professional and enthusiastic about his job. He explained various solutions on how to better secure my new home. I enjoyed his ability to explain the different types of security equipment available to me. He took the time to walk around and suggest effective ways to rethink home security. The best part was that there was NO SALES PRESSURE TO BUY! I highly recommend Lacy for your security needs and hope to work with him again. Thanks Lacy!!!

I am happy with my alarm

I had the same experience as mentioned below. On Time, professional, and very kind. He explained different options like all the other reviews mentioned, we decided on something and it was in 2 days later. I was hesitant to contact this dealer seeing as i live in santa monica and his office is in west hills, but he came out the same day. I called because of the reviews and i am satisfied with the service. I would recommend him to other people who need home security

enjoyable service

Called the ADT dealer and had my appointment set right away. I look forward to having the system put into my home so that i can work on other home improvements. With this dealear i never have to worry. The appointment is scheduled and he called to make sure i would be there for the installer to come.

Outstanding service!!!!!!

I called the company on Tuesday and had my apponitment set for a wednesday. Lacy Showed up with a nice smile and great attitude. He took a look around my house and let me know all the options i had. The free ADT system he offered was enough for the size of my home. After i decided to move forward he called the installer directly from my home and i had my ADT system running 2 days later. Great response time and great service. Highly recommended
