Each time I've visited, I've been greeted by the owner. She's so charming and friendly that you'd never guess she owns the place. The clothing at the store can be best described as girly-chic. As a veteran shopper of Tryst and Dari, this is my new fave! I've never visited without buying something--check out their perfumes and candles. Lollia Breathe perfume is great!

I'm not from the Studio City area and was surprised to see such cute boutiques on Ventura. Rox especially is ladylike, unique and hip-yet-not-trendy -- the kind of clothes and accessories that will have everyone asking "I wonder where she bought that?" The styles range from ultra-feminine to edgier European lines, and if you're like me, and refuse to wear clothes that scream "chain store" then a visit to Rox is well worth it. The vibe at Rox is warm and inspiring -- kind of like if Sienna Miller was your best friend and you had unlimited access to her closet (definitely none of that West-Side uppityness). Best of all, the prices are not exorbidant, so you can walk out of there with a few pieces rather than just one. Rox is unpretentious, stylish and until the Daily Candy review, the best kept secret in Studio City.
Pros: Unique lines, great accessories, friendly helpful service.

I love this store. I discovered it a few months ago and cannot stop myself from popping in every so often (especially when I am in need of some *productive* retail therapy). rox sells items that are unique and stylish, but you are not left feeling like you have to use/wear them now before they are out of style in a few months. rox has a classic and feminine yet to-the-minute style that will work for any girl. A little westside flair for a reasonable price with none of the attitude. The folks there will -- with all of the kindness in the world -- give you an honest opinion when you need one (I sure did). I almost always receive compliments on my Rox finds (the owner really does have impeccable taste) - amazing clothes/accessories for reasonable prices.
Pros: Stylish and Classic Items; Good Prices; Best Service

If you consider your style unique and find that most of your clothes are not mall-bought, then you have to add Rox Boutique to your inner circle of favorite shops. The lines are unique, prices are surprisingly affordable and the ambiance is stylish and fun. Roxanne, the shop owner lends her impeccable style to her clients with great suggestions and tips. And with such a great location, you have to at least check it out.
Pros: Clothes and accessory lines you won't find anywhere else

I visited the boutiques in Studio City a couple of months ago and came upon this lovely new boutique called rox. Rox has a lot of lines that I've never seen before - and that's saying a lot from a serious shopper. I like the style of her selections a lot - very feminine, very international and not over-the-top expensive. I had a great time talking to the store's owner, who was super-sweet and took a lot of time to give me her advice. and it was very refreshing to have someone be honest and who was totally not overbearing. You'll be able to tell right away that rox is different from a lot of the stores in the neighborhood and elsewhere in LA - it's more of a unique, laid-back place with a vintage feel... and to top it off - the music is awesome!! definitely worth checking this store out - you'll have a good time strolling through the store... and they always have new stuff for you to check out - i've been back twice so far. i am in *love* with the stuff i've bought there and get lots of compliments.
Pros: Lines I haven't found elsewhere - and not pretentious unlike lots of LA boutiques!
