Don't invest in Footcandy

I recently moved into the area and was so excited to have a cute shoe store in the neighborhood. Little did I know that the owner and employees are all incredibly rude and unprofessional. It's a shame this store carries any cute styles because they cancel it all out with their horrible cutomer service!

I tried to return a brand new pair of $800 Manolo Blanicks, that had never been worn, because I was in an accident and injured my foot. The staff was snotty and unprofessional. I've worked in retail for over 12 years and never had such an upsetting experience.

I wouldn't even recommend window shopping at this store.
