great food & service

I dont know why people had problems when being seated,served or problem with the food. I always had quick and friendly service. We always order the team platter to start and its delicious. then move to pasta or sandwich depends on my mood. The service & food is better than great and I've gone there on busy days where its full and also nearly empty days and the service and food has always been excellent.

• Pros: great bar plenty of flat screen tv's
• Cons: parking is a change

Absolutely disorganized. Really frustrating.

This is the copy of a review I wrote on Yahoo. I feel it bears repeating.

HORRIBLE! I will not be going again. We were there for 45 minutes, watched people who came in after us get their orders taken before ours was, watched people finish before our food came. They had no decaf coffee made so they had to make some. They had no clean spoons (!) so they brought me a knife to stir my coffee with. After we FINALLY ordered and then sat around, they brought out the wrong order for me - a mushroom pizza instead of a 'caprese' pizza (which I sent back) and served my 8 year old and 2 year old a 'calzone' off of the kids menu which was too spicy to eat!!!!! I was so mad I canceled the pizza and gave the waiter $5 for the drinks and left. There's no excuse for how terrible the service was. We came in at 12:45 and were seated right away but when we left it was close to 1:30. I stormed out to put our coats on outside and proceeded to tell people as they walked in to go somewhere else (I was that mad - this is really out of character for me). Dreadful. Then we had to walk in the rain over to Sharkey's for fast food. They're right next to the Long Beach Aquarium and downtown, they really need to get their you-know-what-together. Don't waste your time.

• Pros: who knows? I never actually got to try the food.
• Cons: Really bad service.
