I almost ordered a suit from these scam artists, but after reading all the reviews and horrer stories, I did not. Thank you to all who wrote reviews about their terrible experiences with these pieces of garbage who cannot run a real business.

DO NOT READ REVIEWS BY USERS WHO CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH---THEY ARE COMPANY EMPOYEES TRYING TO RAISE THEIR STAR RATINGS AND ARE OBVIOUSLY TOO IGNORANT TO LEARN PROPER ENGLISH. Too bad you cannot rate a company negative stars. Pitiful, worthless theives should be in jail. The state of california has begun the process of shutting them down! Finally! Thanks!

They Ripped Me Off!

THE WEBSITE IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE IT!

THE FOUR STAR RATING COMES FROM MENSUSA EMPLOYEES WRITING CLEARLY BOGUS REVIEWS TO BOLSTER THEIR RATINGS.

FLAG THESE REVIEWS SO THAT CITYSEARCH WILL REMOVE THEM, AND REPORT MENSUSA TO THE CA ATTORNEY GENERAL!

My experience:

They sent only a partial order, nothing was what I ordered, it took months to get a partial refund, and when I tried to get the rest, I was repeatedly hung up on by different sales reps, none of whom would tell me their name or let me speak with a supervisor.

First, I ordered three suits online. The confirmation email I received had a different return policy than the one on the website

When the suits were delivered, I only received two (I'd ordered three) and neither was what I had ordered.

I tried in vain to reach customer service for instructions on how to send them back, since there was no invoice included with the suits, and no explanation for why I had only received two suits, instead of three, or why neither was what I had ordered.

I finally got a refund number, and mailed the suits back I received only a partial refund.

The first time I called to ask about the remainder of the refund, I was told it was a clerical error and would be corrected immediately. I was told I would receive a refund in four business days to my credit card, and to look for a confirmation email. Two weeks go by- nothing.

I call again. I'm told that the remainder was a restocking fee. This is inconsistent with the return policy, the previous emails promising me a complete return, and the previous statement that I would receive the remainder. I tell him this, and he hangs up.

I call back, and a different person answers. He asks for my name. I tell him, he looks it up, and hangs up the phone.

I call again, ask to speak to a supervisor. The guy asks what's going on, I tell him I'm still waiting for the rest of my refund. He tells me "it probably went to outer space" and hangs up.

DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE!

They'll send you the wrong products, if they send anything at all, and getting even a partial refund was a customer service nightmare and took months. No customer service rep I spoke with gave me their name or let me speak with a supervisor, I was told that there was no legal department, the return policies were conflicting, and they were incredibly rude (through this all, I tried to be patient and friendly, hoping that one customer service rep would actually be helpful)

mensusa suit store - my rating based on quality, selection a

I visited their store and what can I say – speechless. Their web site sparked my interest; it seemed to be a large operation with desirable inventory – in fact the store picture they display on their website carried the same theme.

Boy to my surprise – I was unable to locate this store… it seemed I kept overlooking it. Their store is about 300 square feet (being generous here), their inventory apart from being dated and dusty is all made of 100% polyester not wool as expressed on their website. The SKU#’s listed on their website do not exist – the sales person stated they send you what is a closest match, meaning if you wanted the top notch black wool suit you saw on their website – they’d send you a black suit, a 100% black poorly cut polyester suit.

Seems anyone with a telephone and website with pictures of inventory acquired from the men’s warehouse can present themselves as a large company that’s been in operation for 25 years.

I’m not saying don’t shop here, staff tries to be helpful with their limited resources and everyone shops according to their budget and desired product quality – I’m just saying warning don’t be misled, they fooled me - lucky I did not order online.

DO NOT ORDER FROM MENSUSA!!!!

Please do not do business with this company. You think you are buying from a reputable business due to their "100% guarantee" and "no hassle returns" but they have no intention of honoring these policies The suit I received did not look like the one pictured and was way too big. They never returned an email and they hung up on me when I called. I had to ship it back and dispute the transaction with my credit card. Horrible experience.......

Terrible!!!

CAUTION, return policy bait and switch: They state a full-refund, no-hassle return policy on the website. When you place an order, the confirmation says they will only accept return merchandise if they made an error, and refund will incur a 10% restocking fee.

I placed an order for an overcoat yesterday, in a 40 extra long size. This size is virtually impossible to find, so naturally (esp given my physique), I was very excited.

I received an email today, stating they don't have the size, choose 40-tall or 42-extra-tall, with no further explanation. My response inquired as to lack of stock or unavailable size, stating my fears that 40-tall would be too short, and 42 is too big for me.

Again, there response was curt, at best: "You should get the 42 extra-long." HAH! Idiots!

I THEN, still hopeful, stated I MAY consider pursuing the order IF they could guarantee the restocking fee would be waived, given I am in this situation due to their misrepresentation of available sizes. If this were not an option, they should cancel the order.

There response.... "Order cancelled REFUNDED," verbatim. Idiots.

RIP- OFF RETURN POLICY

We bought the suit online - It arrived on the 15th of April, it is way too big - (even after following their directions for measuring) It is now the 27th and they will not take it back - told me to get a tailor - which will cost more than the suit!

PLEASE READ BEFORE THE HEADACHE!!!!!

(please notice how all the good reviews on this or any webpage are fake. bad grammar and stupid, unrealistic things. No business people in LA get their suits here)

Recently I purchase a group of suits for an event I was in charge of. They were all bought in person at the same time and the same color was requested. Not only were sizes incorrect, but no record of the exact color I got was kept. There are a million tans, yet this company had no record of which one it was.

I called and called but got one excuse after another. To make matters worse one of my friend who the suit was for called and he was told to call back when he had the money. No really, they said that to his face. "call back when you have the money to buy the suit" They got the size wrong then made it our fault.

Please, the price is lower, but it is not worth it. Go to a REAL business with REAL customer service. This place is 3 guys sitting in a hole in the wall suit shop that sell cheap, suits that are not tailored at all.

PLEASE DON'T DO IT!!!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING JUNK. YOU WILL NEVER GET WHATS PICTURED. THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY OFF OF SHIPPING FEES AND RESTOCKING FEES, WHICH YOU WILL BE CHARGED. THEY HOPE THAT YOU GIVE UP AND DO NOT FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I AM CONTACTING THE USPS FOR FRAUD.

extremely poor customer service

My husband ordered a suit from MensUSA on Tuesday Mar., 10 and was told that the suit would be shipped the next day and would be here by Friday for a wedding he is going to be in on Saturday . He paid extra for faster shipping. Thursday night at 10:00 pm we received a call from the company telling us that they forgot to ship the suit and we would not be receiving it before the wedding. My husband became extremely distraught due to the fact that we were unable to find one in our area and it's in 2 days. My husband asked if the suit could be overnighted to us since it was the companies error and the reply he got was no and that he would issue a refund. The "customer service" rep laughed about my husbands predicament and said it was a minor inconvenience and my husband asked to speak with a manager. A man with a thick accent got on the phone and told my husband to "relax and have a fu****g beer, we are going to issue a f****ng refund". My husband then hung up on the man after saying a few choice words. I then called back and spoke with "Michael Julian" which is a made up name. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that i was speaking to one. He then proceeded to tell me that usually wedding parties pay for the groomsmens suits. Then I asked for Michael Anderson and he said he had left for the day, I asked if he had a voice mail and Michael Julian said it was full and wouldn't take any messages, so I told him I would call back tomorrow to speak with Michael Anderson. Michael julian then said "yeah great, just continue to call back repeatedly. Then another man got on the phone and said Michael Anderson doesn't have time for me. I asked who i was speaking to and he said "loco" and he just hysterically laughed at me and I just said I'll call back tomorrow and speak with someone about getting them fired. Michael Julian then said that was Michael Anderson and he is the owner and I can't get the owner fired.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a 2 button black suit from Mens USA after reading the 100% guarantee on the website. I received the suit and it was not the pattern that was shown in the picture. I requested to send it back, per the policy, but they said that the policy did not apply to my purchase. I will never use this store again!! I rank them with a minus ten stars. Very poor customer service among other things.
