Was I ever happy to find this website! I wear a lot of suits and the service I receive with this company makes me feel like a star! I knew I had found a winner when I contacted them to return a suit for a different size and they did not hesitate. In fact they sent me the replacement suit before I even returned the other suit. Their returns manager, Michael, said he trusted me to return the suit and now I trust this company for all of my suits!

I needed a tuxedo in a hurry and these gents were the best. I was in Las Vegas and they had it overnighted to my hotel just in time for my friends wedding which was a surprise. The quality was amazing for the price, the entire package they sent me was less than a store in Vegas wanted to rent it to me for. I will definately keep buying from this company for a long time.

Pros: Fast delivery, beautiful tuxedo

Cons: nothing i can think of!

Angelino was fantastic with helping us with our wedding suits, the customer service was amazing, the entire staff was very pleasant and helpful, they even called us after the wedding to make sure everything wet great which it did with their help, whether you need 1 suit or 20 I recommend them highly

i wear a suit daily and was looking for a store that i could purchase regularly from in the LA area and am extremely impressed with mensusa. not only have they given me the attention to details that i need (i am a hard fit and have varying tastes like cashmere, double-breasted, etc.), they have become the only store i purchase from now, i used to shop at menswearhouse but gave them up when i found that the quality of suits at mensusa is better and much more reasonable, if you live near Westwood stop in and introduce yourself, they will treat you as family

They messed up on our online order twice. They tried convincing us the first time around that they sent the right suit when the item # and description online didn't match what we got! We had to fight to get this exchanged! They said they would reimburse us for the shipping cost for this (per their policy if they mistake's on them). They sent us the alleged one we ordered - but it was not even close to our order! We went to the store in person and had to fight to get refunded. They kept brushing us off like, 'we don't do refunds (when their site says they do),' 'we can't do it without the owner - he's out of town.' But we kept our cool and kept pushing them. They had the nerve to try to blame US - that we messed up! It's totally false advertisement when you list something on your website that you don't actually carry, and that doesn't match what you actually get!!! BTW, when we were there, I overhead 5 plus phone calls of their staff talking with customers who wanted returns... and saw how they would straight up lie to customers over the phone, saying they had the suit/style they wanted, when really, all they do is walk around their little, dirty store to look for one that "sorta" matches! So they finally said they'd refund us, but weren't reimbursing us for the shipping costs from the first time (even though they had agreed), and taking off 10% for shelfing cost - when it was NO FAULT of our own but their incompetence. The thing is - we've checked our credit card account and that transaction is still not there. PLEASE - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T SHOP THERE! It sounds like a great deal, but their scam artists and have no value for customer service.!!

Had the misfortune of ordering a men's coat from this site through a web search. After a few weeks they forgot to process the order. I should have listened to my instinct then but ordered the coat again and first they said they didn't have it, then came back and said they had it and would send it 3 day. I received a coat in 3 days in the wrong color and size. I sent it back, had to pay $11 to send it back and they deducted about $20 dollars off my refund for their incompetency and mistake. This business was very unprofessional and they seem very incompetent . I am going to dispute this charge with my credit card company. Stay away from them!

Nightmare began3/12/08 My son wanted a purple suit for his Senior Prom, WE could not find one, but he was determined so he did,on MensUsa.accouding to their web sight -YES it was in stock thesize we wanted,priced139.00+10.00 shipping.The suit arrived in 5daysand IT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED! It was purple though,when I called them I was on the phone with like 3 different people,they seemed rushed and were not listening to me. they told me it was the only purple suit they had, there sight says if they don't have what you ordered they will contact you..WRONG! They told me to send it back and they would send me another suit,the one I wanted but they only had it in a 40 Long. He assured me it would be okay. I returned suit, when I called it was a 35 minute conversation, getting disconnected 2x's. They tried to act like they did not get the suit. I had the tracking number & new that they had signed for the suit at 10 AM the day before. They had not sent me another suit &had NO idea what I was talking about. Finally I was satisfied to "think" they were sending me the original suit ordered in the right size but a long. Right suit-wrong size. They sent a size 42R. MYson wears a 40 & 32 pants...the pants were asize 36! Huge! WE tried altering them, they were and are hideous looking. we altared the suit but still it hangs big on him! I contacted them again this past monday, April 5th and told "matt" about my dillema and he checked the inventory and again assured me I would have a pair of pants on Wednesday! Wednesday no pants, thursday no pants. I called to make sure they sent them, and they told me that he had personally sent them and he told me he would email me the tracking number. Needless to say my son is going to his sr. prom, tonight with a big purple suit on! THANK YOU MENS USA FOR MAKING IT A MEMORABLE ONE! Mens Usa is a scam and a bunch of liars...only out to make a buck! DON'T FALL FOR ALL THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON EBAY EITHER!

I ordered a new 250 dollar super 150 wool and cashmire tux, they send a super 120 polyester piece of junk that's sold for 70-100 everywhere else on the web. I got yelled at by the obnoxious manager too. Joke's on them though, my CC accepted the dispute.

Pros: Good selection, if only they'd send what you order.

Cons: It's a scam and they are extreemly rude and nasty.

The customer service were rude and so was the manager whose name is Mr.Mashhadian. He called himself "Shawn". They lied the whole time that I was on the phone with them. I ordered a father and son suit for Easter Sunday. I was told that I would receive it before Sunday. It's Friday (right now) and I have no suits for Easter Sunday. The sales rep. said that my sons suit was back ordered but if you read their help page they don't do back orders. He then said that it was shipped so I asked where is my tracking # so I could track it to see where my order was. He then said that the warehouse was closed and they had the tracking order. I then read that they have free shipping for US and it terroities but I had to pay for shipping. He then transferred me to the manager where he apologizes and told me to send the suits back. I had no suits to return. I tried to explained that to him and ask questions that he may know...seeing that he was the manager. He hung up the phone on me. I waited an hour to cool downa and called back. I asked him his name and he said "what do u want and hung up on me" again. Their delivery promise is a fake, their customer service skills are horrible, and their managers need to be replaced. MensUSA need people working for them that care about the public and the online bussiness aswell. I would really recommend NO ONE purchase anything from them.

No doubt it has been a privileged shopping from mensusa. It is nearly 2 years am purchasing mens suit only for them. Am very satisfied by the quality and customer services offered. I would highly recommend this shop when looking for best suit online.
