Now that I'm settled, I'm finally taking a moment to tell you what an incredible job your men did for us on one of the hottest days of the year. Had they been cranky and impatient I would have understood, because the heat was simply unbearable. But to our amazement the movers actually seemed to be enjoying their work. . . . Not one item was scratched or dented. It's the only accident-free move I can recall.
