As a young musician I've had many competitions. Usually I've just felt a little anxious,enough to keep me practicing and practicing.However,before my first international competition I felt so overwhelmed,that I was unable to play.I started to doubt my ability and almost convinced myself that my techniques are not good enough to participate.Was I lucky!my step father told me how Dr.Livneh helped him to overcome his writer's block and said that he was sure she can help me.As a result of our work together not only did I regain my confidence,but I got more than before.With her skills, knowledge,and creativity Dr.Livneh was able to address in hypnosis every concern that I had and to reframe it to my benefit.At the competition itself every thing that we worked during the sessions did happen.I was so calm ,one with the music.I had an amazing experience feeling that the music come through me,as if somebody else is playing...It was my subconscious that led my fingers.As Dr.Livneh suggested and I visualized and felt during the sessions I was at my best,at my full potential.And I won! The work I did with Dr.Livneh was a life transforming experience ,and with her encouragement I continue to use the tools I got. I've no doubt that working with Dr.Livneh you'll become a winner in whatever you need.
