I walked into Dr Livneh’s office 8 months ago knowing two things. (1) I wanted to stop smoking. (2) I had no idea how hypnotherapy was going to work on me. As a smoker for over 20 years who tried to stop many times I knew I needed to try something different. A relative referred me to Dr Livneh and I decided to give it a try. I chain smoked 4 cigarettes before going into her office (Just in case it worked, I wanted to get in as much as possible…) The session lasted around 4 hours and was a great experience in self discovery. I walked out of her office and never smoked again nor had the urge to. Bottom line… Dr. Livneh changed my life. Thank you!
Pros: It worked. I never smoked again!
