I absolutely LOVE this class! Gabrielle, the instructor, is incredible! She's patient and fun and a great teacher who truly cares about her students. Everyone in the class has such a great time you actually forget that you're working out - until you come home and realize how sore you are!!! I highly recommend this class!!!!!! A++++++++++++

One of the best decisions I ever made was signing up for this class. I have never had more fun and felt more confident. Gabrielle is so supportative and makes you feel like you can do anything. I have recommended the class to many of my friends and they all love it!!!

I started taking pole dancing with Gabrielle at Aphrodite S-n-P one year ago and it has totally changed my life. I know that sounds crazy and over exaggerated... but it's the truth. From my very first class, Gabrielle made me feel comfortable and relaxed and I started to develop real confidence around my body. I am so grateful for all that I have learned, about myself and what I'm capable of, through these classes. This is, by far, the best and most rewarding workout for women!

I am proficient in 9 different pole tricks and an owner of mass seduction! Bow down to Gabriel, Ms. Aphrodite she is my pole dancing instructor. I was fortunate enough to be graced with her presence during a birthday party where she taught an intro to pole class. There were 12 girls and we were all amazed by her skill and professionalizm! The chick is off the hook! I have a new respect for strippers. Although Gabriel is NOT or has NEVER been a stripper, she is so freakin good that actual strippers call upon her for lessons! After the private party I was hooked! I am proud to say that I am a graduate of her beginners and Intermediate class. Who would of thought this Executive would have ever been so adventurous! And yes...I am a proud owner of a pair of clear 6" shoes. Stay tuned ladies, your are really going to hate me after I graduate her Advance class...and soon I will hands free too!

Pros: Fun, Great Work Out, Huge Self Esteem Booster

i recently relocated to los angeles from new orleans after hurricane katrina. i was in desperate need of an outlet to relieve the stress of a new environment. aphrodite strip n pole was perfect.....after my friends and i took an introductory course, we were hooked. once i put on those clear stilettos and gripped that pole, all my fears, frustrations and inhibitions disappeared. the instructor provides a soothing, sultry mood condusive to relaxation, comfort and self love. i found a new, interesting, sensual side of myself. i'd heard of strip tease classes before but never knew what to expect. in aphrodite strip n pole, i was never embarrassed. this class is a great escape from the everyday stresses of life. its also a creative form of exercise. i highly recommend aphrodite strip n pole to women of all walks of life.

After doing much research on the many pole classes offered around the city, I went with Gabrielle's ASNP because she was just so fantastic on the phone and I immediately felt at ease with taking a class that I had imagined I personally would be quite awkward at. I had originally wanted to increase my coordination, strength and add a little something extra cool & fun to my work out regime. I got all that and so much more! It was also a goal to try and tap into that vixen part of myself that I knew I had somewhere inside me! The setting is a very comfortable and relaxed environment where there were other women just like me, your average everyday type of girl, where there was nothing to be intimidated about or made to feel awkward over. Learning these amazing moves that I didn't know my body could actually do, I had the most amazing time and all the while learning this scorching hot dance routine that was challenging in such a fun way. Week by week, I had the most marvelously powerful and freeing feeling. With Gabrielle's one-on-one guidance and individualized attention, she helped me to get out of my head, listen and respond to some really hot music and really get in touch with my body and the way it could feel. While the physicality of it all is incredible, the sensation of just letting it all go was AMAZING and the fire that it starts inside of you is the huge factor. I feel feminine and strong and cannot wait to continue on with the next string of classes! I just had the most fun at ASNP and I met some very cool women while doing it. We laughed and encouraged and supported one another and there was nothing 'competitive' about it, which was very refreshing being in Los Angeles. All in all, a truly remarkable experience that shouldn’t be missed.

I had taken dance classes on and off for several years but always quit because I felt like the awkward student in those class. Aphrodite changed that. With Gabrielle's expert teaching, I was able to do spin on the pole on the first day. I've noticed increased confidence, better muscle definition, greater strength and coordination. I feel foxy and am seen by others as being appealing, something I never thought was possible. What I really enjoy about Aphrodite Strip-N-Pole is the personal attention to every student's progress. Every student has her own physical strengths and challenges. Some moves come easier to some people. Aphrodite helps each student gain the confidence and skill to pole dance with pride. It changed my life!

Pros: Better price and service than my girlfriends have gotten at other pole schools
