Andy won't let you down

I have a cafe in downtown L.A. When I first opened I called Andy and he came to clear all the lines. He did a great job and and he was very reasonable. Just recently we had a terrible odor in the kitchen area. I thought it was due to the plumbing and I called Andy for help. Andy came, took his time to figure out where the odor was coming from, made some suggestions and then worked on the drains. Andy is dependable, honest and gives excellent service. (can't say that about too many people these days) He's the only one I call for my plumbing needs.

Saved The Day!

I called Andy from Dr. Drain after working with a well recommended Plummer, who got his sewer cable stuck in my sewer line. After this Plummer claimed he could not get his cable out nor get my line open he told me the only way of getting it out was excavating my lawn and drive way to remove the cable at an enormous expense to me. I called Andy from Dr. Drain who showed up with his hydrojetter and not only freed the cable out of my line but also cleared my sewer totally of any roots, and this was confirmed when he used his sewer camera to inspect the line when he was done. I am now a loyal customer of Dr. Drain.

Fixed all my plumbing issues

My house plumbing was in bad shape. Andy took the time to show me and explain the problems and recommend ways of saving me money on the repairs while other plumbers would not. I found Dr.Drain after going through 3 plumbers because I know little about plumbing ...but enough to know when someone is trying to pull the wool over my head. I found the services to be very professional and very personal. As a customer service manager in the computer industry I wish all my technicians had the service qualitys these folks have .

Excellent Hydro Jetting Service

I used Dr. Drain after discovering that I had heavy roots in my sewer line. I received other estimates for the job and they were sky high. Dr. Drain offered excellent service as well as being reasonably priced and well equipped for the job.

Andy is AWSOME!!!

I had a problem with heavy roots in my line and I had thought my only option was to replace my sewer system.... That was going to be very expensive..... Thank goodness for Andy I had given him a call after finding him on city search because I wanted to get another opinion and he came out with this big machine thing and he cleared my sewer!!!!! I couldn't belive it... He showed me a video of my line before and after and it was truly unbelivable!! He's a life savor and I couldn't thank him enough for saving me thousands of dollars right before the holidays......
