AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I must say I was quite excited about my free consultation for laser hair removal on my legs. After driving 45 minutes to Glendale to get to this place, I arrive at New Look Skin Center and am told to sit down. I sit, then the receptionist has to run to the back because the woman sitting before me was impatiently rushing her. She goes to the back, as i wait in this small lobby ALONE, and returns 15 minutes later to tell me it will be a few minutes. A HALF HOUR LATER i'm still alone, not even the receptionist is there..and there is absolutely nothing to read. My appointment was at 6:45, and it's now 7:45.

I did not meet with a nurse, speak with the receptionist or get anything accomplished.

I call to let her know my concerns, and tell her it would have been nice and convenient if she would've scheduled me at a time when she didn't have clients. Apparently she is THE ONLY ONE WHO WORKS THERE. she is the self appointed nurse, receptionist, business owner, and terrible interior decorator.

With mismatching shades of greens, empty book shelves, a worn out black leather couch, and a cherry wood coffee table that was clearly recycled from her house, and bad art work, AND FAKE FLOWERS, I should've left before I got nothing accomplished and wasted my time.

i don't recommend going to this place..she has no idea what she's doing..and she didn't even offer anything to me to try to save me as a client. She has poor business, people and social skills...so who knows what she would be doing with a laser gun.

• Pros: the prices sound like they could be reasonable..but you won't know because THERE'S NO ONE TO ASK.
• Cons: ugly ambiance, poor service, no staff

I have been to the New Look Skin Center 5 times in the past 6 months. I find their service to be superb.

well ive been going to new look since the begining of the year, and this is NOT the place you are talking about. yes every business may have scheduling issues, such as a nail salon, and hair salon. things get backed up... it happens. but dont rant about decor, empty shelves and other bs.

Great place, for best result and huge saving

Trust me guys , I tried EVERY laser center for my chest and back, believe me none of them was helpful, one day i saw a TV advertising, my wife said I heard about this place from a frienf of mine, want you try it, and it was BEST offer that my wife gave ne so far( don't tell her). Believe me you won't get disappointed.

AMAZING!

I started going to New Look Skin Center a year ago after a friend referred me to them. I had been to multiple different laser facilites and had spent hundreds of dollars to try to get rid of my hair - no luck! A few sessions later and FINALLY, RESULTS! I love this place - the prices are great, the service is excellent and the results are unbelievable! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEW LOOK SKIN CENTER! <3

Amazing service and results!!!

Not only was I able to have laser hair treatment, but i was also able to get a facial and all in the same office!!! The girls in the front were super friendly and my RN was very professional and really took the time to answer my questions... I have been to several other places, no other place comes close to New Look.

Best Place between miles

when i first walked into the center, i was amazed at the friendliness of the receptionist and just walking in there i had a feeling it was going to me great, and i was right!!!!

the had the best prices that i din't find anywhere else and trust me i went to a lot of places and they burned my skin even my face, but i was suprised at this center. the machine that they were using was the most top of the line and has very high quality. it was very different than the other ones that i went to. its not with gel and it wasn't like any ordinary ol machine. it as the newest machine that came out and it as with cold air.

I WAS AMAZED!!!!!!!!
