great service, fantastic steak

My friends and I had a night out at STK and had a great time. They were visiting LA and I knew this would be a perfect place to bring them. They couldn't stop talking about how great the atmosphere was, and not to mention we couldn't order enough tasty food. The truffle fries are a must try and the beef carpaccio was another one of my favorites! I had the beef short rib as an entree and it was delicous! The sides are amazing so also try the mac and cheese and sweet corn pudding to name a few...

Besides the great food, the staff is always extremely curteous. I would also come here for the decor and atmosphere... stk really has that on the money. Overall great place! If you are looking to entertain guests or just have a great night out I highly recommend stk.

Great Scene and delicious food!

A friend and I went to STk on Friday night and it was so much fun. There isn't a bad seat in the house as the comfy banquettes all face out into the room. I started with the Strawberry Cobbler martini and it was like drinking desert (as I love sweet cocktails, that's a plus). We shared the Shrimp Rice Krispies appetizer and the broth was perfect for dipping the bread that's made by their pastry chef and was delicious. I had the small filet and it was perfectly cooked to my liking and my friend had the Big eye tuna and said it tasted great. We shared the Parmesan Truffle Fries and they were our favorite. We also shared the mixed mushrooms which complimented the rest of our meal. Rachel was a fantasic server (knowledgeable and attentive). It was nice that one of the managers stopped by each table to see how the dinner was going. STK then bought us glasses of a delicious Italian sparkling wine which was a wonderful way to cap off our dinner. We were only upset that we didn't bring more friends to dinner so we could try more items on the menu and that we didn't leave any room for desert. Can't wait to go back and bring a larger group with me so I can try more of the menu. It's a fun, lively scene and the food did not disappoint!

best anniversary

Last night my bf took me here for our 2yr anniversary and it could not have been better. When we sat down our waiter let us know about the menu and asked if we had any questions, when he came back he had 2 glasses of champange for the both of us. My bf was stunned, I guess he told them it was our anniversary!

The place is just beautiful and I really like the horns on the wall, a great touch. The booths were comfortable and our seats were lovely.

The food was a hit though. I don't eat steak very often, but I may change my mind after this meal! I had the new york strip and it was cooked to perfection. The sides were great. We had the truffle fries, mac n cheese, and asparagus. All were very good and I recommend every single one of them.

STK did a pefect job to say the least. It was a memorable evening for my bf and I. We'll be sure to come back very very soon.

I went to dinner at STK a few days ago and had a great time. I wanted to take a friend out to dinner, I haven't seen her in ages so I wanted to give her a taste of LA life. We decided to go to STK, she heard a lot about this place and I've never been so I thought it would be good.

The food was really good and the drinks were spectacular.

Bread - GREAT. The sauce is a little eh, but that bread is crazy

Lump Crab Salad - GREAT. Flavors were good and the citrus-y notes made it mend well.

Bone-In Ribeye - GREAT. I just wished it was more charred. I like a nice crispy crust on my steaks. Flavores were excellent though.

Mac N Cheese - GOOD. I wished it was thicker. Mine was a bit runny. Not know if this is how they normally do it.

Drinks - Seriously, just try each one I'm sure they're all good. The "Green Intensity" though is a killer. Get that. I'm not a martini guy, but for this drink I am.

better than the rest

I came here last week to have dinner since Mya from Dancing With The Stars hosts a party there on Tuesdays (promoter friend told me). I decided to check out STK for the first time with some buddies of mine and had a great time. The food was top-notch, surprisingly better than Mastro's or CUT. I always thought STK was just trendy, but they make GREAT FOOD. I have to hand it to them, the whole experience was great. Then we got smashed and had a great time at Coco next door. I will be back for sure.

I frequent STK for many of my business dinners and have never had a problem with service, food, or staff. The restaurant looks great and is a perfect place for a date night or business meetings, which is why I come here.

The food is excellent and one of my favorite places to go in the city. If celebs are your thing you will definitely catch one here on any given day of the week. The bar is excellent and there drinks are top-notch, with a lot of fresh muddled fruit and freshly-squeezed juices. Yea it can be a bit pricey, but they do serve high-quality items.

Great Steak

STK is easily one of the hottest and most exclusive venues in Hollywood. I went took my fiance there our 3 year anniversary. Our experience there was very positive--the service was great, from the valet to the waiter & his assistant who was so attentive re-filling our water & clearing our table, but I will say that some of the other guests seemed very self-absorbed and not down-to-earth at all! Their Steak is amazing and well worth the price! I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Classy and Delicious!

I went to STK with my boyfriend for our anniversary and was definitely very pleased! Never having been there before, and not being a huge steak fan, I didn't know what to expect. After waiting a few minutes to be seated at a booth, upon special request, we were seated and greeted by a friendly waiter. I ordered the organic roasted chicken and my boyfriend ordered the new york steak 16 oz. For the sides we ordered the mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. Our waiter told us the wait for my chicken would be around 45 minutes and recommended that we order an appetizer. We ordered the hearts of romaine salad and I ordered a "Strawberry Cobbler" cocktail drink. While waiting, we were presented with delicious bread that had an exquisite dipping sauce that tasted like a pesto/olive oil combination.

My chicken was so tasty and well seasoned and the butternut squash sauce around it was delicious. My boyfriend's steak was very tender and well prepared. The sides were also tasty-especially the mac & cheese. The salad was a pretty standard caesar salad and my drink was also a good choice. Although we waited around 45 mins for our main course, it was well worth the wait!! The wait staff was also very attentive to our every need. Definitely can't wait to come back again to STK!

What's not to like

I love Stk. A lot of fun to go with girlfriends. Went a week ago to a speed dating event there. If it's possible for a restaurant to be hot, this is it. When they say 'Not your daddy's steakhouse' they mean it! One of the contestants on Hell's Kitchen is a sous chef here and I am totally addicted to the show.

Recommend!

great time with great friends

I came here with some friends last night for a bachelorette party and loved it! We had a set menu for the party which made it easier for everyone. The drinks they had were great. They definitely put some time into their drink menu, which all the girls appreciated. The food was just as stellar! I had the NY Strip and typically I hate that cut of meat, but it was cooked perfectly and I swore could have been a filet if I had not looked. We shared the cookie dessert and the donuts...SO GOOD! I will be back!

good service and steak

I dine regularly at STK. My first time dining was about six months ago and I have been back on a montly basis ever since. The food is consistently great, my steak is always perfectly cooked. The servers are always very friendly and on top of their game. If your looking for a place with great food, staff, and cool decor... try STK.
