This was one of the worse experiences ever. I went to that store to buy a new bold. And i was helped by a woman called mercedes. this agent did not know what she was talking about. it looked like she was rushing me since all she did is sell the phone and said good bye. i had to go back next day to get my email set up. and now a month later i get this huge bill which i have to spend hours on the phone to fix. this is so bad!

Avoid Completely!!

At least one hour wait to speak with agent

They give horrible misleading advice. I saw an agent leave to avoid helping customers and another agent laughing as he saw him scurry out the door. There were ten other people waiting and everyone was complaining...there is no seating possiblities.

I wanted a Palm Treo 750 and MR. AARON HALE told me that they did not have The Treo 750 anymore because Palm discontinued them...instead they tried to sell me a Palm Centro, which is the lesser version of the Treo.

They said no the Centro is much faster and better than the Treo...(which is completely false, I had to tell MR. AARON HALE that the Centro did not even contain the 3G technology that the Treo has), So MR. AARON HALE told me I could go to an At&t outlet to purchase the Treo and I could bring that phone in to activate it. (Those stores only sell refurbished Treos) I told him that I knew they sold them at Best Buy and that is where I would purchase it....The agent was advising against going to Best Buy; telling me that I would not save money, but that I would LOSE money if I purchased it at Best Buy...Luckily I did not follow his advise. I got to Best Buy where I found a brand new Treo 800w...YES THE BRAND NEW VERSION OF THE TREO...The catch is that this Treo is with SPRINT not At&t. With Sprint you have the everything plan for $99.00, - per month..with At&t same plan is $160.00,-per month. I am not trying to advocate the use of Sprint; I am just trying to better inform the consumer cause lying is the wrong way of doing business.
