Yolanda’s team came in and did a superb job cleaning 6 years of dust and grime at my grand mothers place. The quality of the work done was second to none. And, they were very understanding about how we needed to clear out the dust because of my son's allergies and certain areas of the house my folks didn't want cleaned. The bathrooms and kitchen was spotless and the bookshelves, pictures, windows, doors were very thoroughly cleared of dust.. The staff is curtiouse, friendly and a stack of fun. This is part of my A list but to make them yours you must call them first you won't regreat it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended.

I would like to give credit where credit is due: after all they did a nice job cleaning my very messy loft. I was hard to deal with at times since i'm very picky and detailed but the staff remained friendly and professional. the only thing i was not happy with was that they didn't clean the inside of my refrigerator and throw out any spoil food. I called customer service to express my dissatisfaction and they said they were going to send someone out the next day to to clean out my refrigerator. Overall the cleaning was ok but i give them credit on their professionalism and attitude.

I was in the market for a new home to raise my family. I found this place up in the Topanga hills and thought I found my dream home until I look inside and I was almost sick to my stomach. The house needed a good cleaning since it has been empty for a while. The cabinets in the kitchen were filthy and had sticky stuff all over it. There were spider webs everywhere I look, and hardwood floors were unspeakably filthy. The whole place just had a layer of dust everywhere, and on and on... I interviewed three companies and hire Yolanda's maid and maintenance because of the additional services they offer besides just general cleaning. They arrived well-equip, great attitude, professional and knew what they were doing and did it efficiently. They had some sort of commercial machine that prayed solution on my floors and cleans it all up. My floors were dry and sparkling clean also like new. They even managed to remove some paint splatters on the hardwood floors. They did a nice job. I like them so much that I had them come back to help me unpack my Kitchen and organize my closets. Thanks man!!!

My apartment was thrashed. I never felt so embarrassed and ashamed until the inspection people came and deem my apartment uninhabitable. I had 3 days left to clean up the mess and clutter or get evicted. So after looking at the reviews from Yolanda’s maid service I desperately called them and the cleaning crew was there within a couple of hours. I though they were going to take days to clean the place but they were there by noon and by 10 pm I had a habitable apartment once again yeah!!! The maids were quick, thorough and efficient. I will definately be using these guys again and recommend them to others.

Pros: They were there for me in the nick of time.

I badly needed a heavy duty cleaning for my newly remodel 3000 square feet house. There was a mess from all the work and construction being done to it. So after reseaching some companies that specializes in construction cleaning I found Yolandas' maid and maintance and boy they were absolutely incredible. They came prepared with a cleaning crew and brought with them ladders, heavy duty shop vac for the mountain of dust and debris in my house. They knew how to clean my stainless steel appliances, my wood finished furnture, and on and on. I have never gone to this extreme to recommend a company but with so many shady companies out there, you really have to do your homework. They did an incredible job at cleaning my extremely messy house.

Pros: They can handle tough jobs

Reasonable rates, excellent work all accomplished in a timely manner. I don't like people in my house all day long. They do a great job at an incredible price on your weekly cleaning needs. They are easy to work with when you need a deeper clean or have a special project for them. Good people and reasonalble rates.

Great Company and customer service. I have been getting my home cleaned now since 2007 . They have always done everything to make my home clean, look and smell its best. I also love the fact that they are consistant in there cleaning. I also have them clean the office that I work at, so again I know I am paying for good services. I had some issues in the past but they are understanding and easy to work things out. They are not the cheapest nor the expensive but you wont be disappointed on there quality of service.

Pros: they have good customer service

They did do a good job cleaning. However, it was how attentive they were to my special requests that convinced me. The workers acted very professional and knew what they were doing. I would use them again to clean my house.

I first called this other cleaning service to clean my 4000 sqft home in the hills of Sunset Plaza Dr. because their prices was very low. However, when the cleaners arrive they appeared to have no clue as to where to begin and what chemicals to use for my stainless steal appliance and my expensive Mahogany wood furniture and my marble floors. I was not about to risk ruining my furniture to inexperience cleaners, so i ask them nicely to leave. So after researching some websites I called Yolandas Maid Service & maintenance. I didnt have to explain to them how to clean they got straight to work with the right tools and cleaning products. They were concerned with doing the best job possible and it showed in there work as well. My house look great after they left. They cost more than the other company i called but worth it. I would recommed this company to anyone wanting the job done right the first time.

Pros: highly trained cleaners

Cons: they are worth the cost
