Thanks to Nicole I look fabulous!

I came into the Doves salon with quite a challenging head of hair. I had been doing my own color for a while and it had a range of colors... none that looked good! NICOLE LEAL was my savior! It was quite a process to do my color correction and get my hair the same color root to end. Not only did she make it all one color.. the color was vibrant and amazing. What a difference!! Nicole finished by giving me the perfect hair cut. I appreciate a stylist that let's you know what they think, but at the same time takes the time to listen to what you want! I highly recommend Nicole!

Head turning hair!

Doves Salon has a wonderful vibe and courteous staff!!! Nicole Leal cuts and colors my hair and it has never looked better!! She is very attentive to your needs, takes good direction, and makes you feel fabulous! I get compliments on my hair all the time, from the random on the street to the professional hair artists for my shoots! Her cut keeps me "bad hair day" free and the color is so natural you'd think I was born a blonde!! I have reffered multiple friends and they all are return customers as well!! You always leave singing "Yay new hair!!!" :)

Best hair stylist in town!

Nicole Leal has been my hair stylist for the last two years and she is by far the best I've ever had! She is creative and works wonders on my hair. I don?t trust many stylist but I have 100% confidence and trust in her, especially with color. Nice salon, great location and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Awesome!

Nicole Leal is the best hair stylist around. She is the only stylist that I trust to cut and color my curly hair. The doves salon is a perfect place to get the cut and color that you will truly be satisfied with. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great customer service all around. Nicole Leal is the only stylist that I would recommend to my family and friends. You will not be disappointed!

This is a gorgeous salon! It has a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Nicole Leal is amazing! She is a genius when it comes to color and style. I continue to get compliments on my hair cut. She knows exactly what I want and always exceeds my expectations! I would highly recommend this salon to my close friends - ask for Nicole! She will take great care of you.

Feel FABULOUS!

From the moment you step you feel welcomed, the entire staff is friendly and courteous! I try to be good with going to see Nicole every 6-8 weeks and she?s awesome about not making me feel guilty when I miss the 8 week mark = ) She does such an amazing job and I walk out of there feeling fabulous! I love that she listens and makes suggestions without being pushy. For example I felt that my hair was looking dull and she suggested I try a glaze and not a full color. I took her advice and WOW what a change. And it?s not just that I feel great but colleagues from work compliment me on my haircut every single time, Nicole is AWESOME! The next best thing about The Doves besides Nicole is free parking, does it get any better in Santa Monica!

I must say the Doves salon exceeds all expectations- from hair, customer service, music, and VIP treatment- down to great conversation!

The Doves salon offers the atmosphere of that of a 5 star hotel, it is comfortable, convenient, beautiful and screams that of knowledge modernity and style- all of which I expect and receive after a treatment, haircut style or a quick blow-dry.

I have been a client of Ms. Nicole Leal for 6 plus years, I am always satisfied and continuously surprised by her effort and dedication to new products, styles and techniques. I will continue as Ms. Leal's client and cannot express in words how ecstatic I am that she is part of this exceptional salon.

treat your hair!

I am "30 something" and literally have been to 5 hairstylist all my life....that is only because my hair is my security blanket so once I trust someone with my hair, well I stick to them "for years"! I treat my hair well (I am a hair product fiend) and expect the stylists that I see to do the same. I recently discovered the Dove Salon and I am hooked!!! The whole staff, from the reception, to stylists, to the owners are genuinely nice! Not your typical jaded salon. The service is #1 and my "new girl" is Nicole! She knows her stuff!! I give it the thumbs up!

Flying isn?t on my list of favorite things to do but I gladly make the four hundred or so mile trip from SF for the absolutely amazing cuts and color at the Doves salon, or more specifically, for those done by Nicole Leal. There is nothing cookie cutter about the whole process?the color is always artfully and elegantly done to suit your personality and lifestyle (she makes sure it?ll grow out more subtly if you don?t color your hair as often , or gives you options?part it one way and its more vibrant, style your hair a different way and its more toned down), as is the haircut, which is always the perfect balance of what you want (or think will look good on you) and what actually does make you look awesome coming out of the salon and for weeks after. It?s not easy to find a stylist who really knows what he or she is doing, and yes, hair grows, but not fast enough to erase a bad cut or the memory of one? the last five years of consistently great hair is thanks to Nicole. The salon itself reflects the caliber of its owners and their top notch stylists, very high end and modern yet comfortable and non-intimidating. I love it.

The "Hyde" of hair

This salon is over-the-top! From the minute you walk in the salon, all the attention is on you. I feel like a celebrity everytime I'm in the salon. Nicole gives an amazing cut and she really listens to you. The location is convenient and the team environment is awesome. I would recommend this salon to anybody!
