Her experience in teaching really shows in her expertise, friendliness, and approah to the work. In this plethoria of Pilates studios, The Sheppard Method is a breath of fresh air In a short time I have never felt or looked better. And I am 55 years old! My daugher and mother also love the place. I recommend The Sheppard Method to anyone. Mary Steward
Pros: A beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. Easy to park, and make appointments
Cons: There are none I can think of!!!
