One of the worst places I have seen in the new Downtown LA 's resurgence. I agree with the Editor's review, TB does not know what it is trying to be and with so much competition in downtown I think it falls way short. It's still working out it's "new place kinks" but Edison, Takami, Seven Grand, et al. all opened with nice reviews (not sure where the comparison comes from). The last review states that Trifecta re-opened - yes it did and as a simple query of "trifecta" in the citysearch service illustrates, it re-opened in January 2008 and is already closed AGAIN. Or if you prefer read about their Chapter 11 request for protection or drive by Hill and 2nd and see the giant sign that reads "Restaurant Space For Lease." Be well tranquility base and enjoy your slumber.
Pros: Nice folks working there
Cons: Awful office building placement, parking, overall value, awkward & bad signage
