NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Let me first start by saying I am not some man who is trying to be an ass hole. As i sit here writing this review, I am sitting in my parents living room with my wife and 3 month old baby when I should be sitting in MY OWN living room in MY OWN house. When OZ moving came to our house and gave us our estimate on our move from Orange County to Texas, we were told the average time was 7-9 days and 14 business days was the guaranteed delivery date. Well, it has been close to a month and our stuff still is not here, hence the need to be in my parents living room. After 9 days I called OZ and was directed to the operations line where in they told me they had not found a truck for our shipment. Needless to say I was a little stunned; I was never informed that OZ moving company contracted out the truck services for delivery. However I was understanding and was assured my shipment would be here by the 14th day. As you can probably surmise, that date flew by without so much as a call. It took me calling the operations line once again to find out they had still not found a truck. At this point, as I'm sure anyone reading this can sympathize with, I was a little angry; but once again I tried be understanding as they assured me my shipment would arrive within 3-5 days. Well, I'm still sitting here waiting and it has been another 7 days and I am now being told it will be another 3-4 days before the truck is here. Because of this inexcusable mishap on OZ moving companies part, my 3 month old son has gotten off of schedule and is not eating enough which is in turn causing my wife's milk to dry up. Not to mention only packing two weeks worth of clothes, because of promises made and not kept. All this to say if it is not clear by now, I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE OZ MOVING NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY.( Ok well maybe my worst enemy if he was a total ass hole like these people are.) If I were you, I would think twice before I called OZ moving. O, and they say 80% of their customers are referrals and repeats; well if thats the case then their cliental base must be about as large my 3 month old baby.(And if it was not required to put a star, there would certainly not be one.)

NEVER DISAPPOINTED WITH OZ MOVING, THEY MOVED ME AGAIN TODAY 3/1/2011 AND IT WENT SMOOTH AND EASY.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WANTING A COMPANY YOU CAN RELY ON , THEY PACKED MY WHOLE APARTMENT INCLUDING TV, PAINTING, FURINITURE.

JONATAN WORKED WITH ME AND HE IS GREAT,

IF YOU WANT A GREAT MOVING EXPERIENCE THEN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OZ.

OZ MOVING & STORAGE LOS ANGELES

Over the past several years OZ Moving & Storage Los Angeles has been moving and storing household goods for our student who attends USC. It's a great piece of mind to have OZ handling everything. Dealing with them all the way from Hawaii is like speaking to them right there at their location. They are always accommodating, very pleasant, professional, efficient, courteous and goes above and beyond the call of duty in everything they do. Jonathan and the staff at OZ Los Angeles is superb, second to none. They are extraordinary, provides the very best customer service and makes customers feel more like family. I highly recommend OZ Moving & Storage Los Angeles...I'm so glad I made the right choice years ago when looking for a moving/storage company.

I found Oz Moving by chance...driving I saw their truck and knew I had to move soon.

Called them, scheduled a time for them to come out....they gave me the information THAT day.

Super easy and nice to deal with!

Now I just have to move!

Could be the best mover ever!!

This was an easy move from start to finish. The movers arrived on time and finished earlier then expected. I would highly recommend this mover.

Great Moving service!

Moved from Los Angeles to San Francisco at the end January.

Great Experience, the movers were really professionals, friendly and accommodating.

It's not the first time I'm choosing Oz Moving for my relocation needs and it won't be the last.

Highly recommended!!!

They moved everything carefully and made my moving expierence extremely less stressful.

The prices was great and the movers where very nice and respectful. I recommend them to anyone i know!

I Signed Up For Citysearch Just To Write This Review

these guys flat-out rocked. I moved from NYC to LA and it was painless.

and while i'm sure this isn't always the case, all my stuff was packed up on monday and they were calling me looking to set up a delivery time THAT THURSDAY! HOW IS THAT EVEN PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE!?!

super quick, in and out. super professional from start to finish. this is who you want handling your worldly possessions.
