Got ripped off there

I left my broken laptop there and got a loaner device instead. When I got my laptop back, I noticed at home in europe that the ram (2 GB) was removed. Owner Jacob confirmed that: "I CHECK WITH MY TECH IT SEEMS YOU ARE RIGHT WE WILL SHIP IT TO YOU BY SEPT 5 ..." but the RAM never arrived. He stole it from me. NEVER EVER enter this shop. But if you do so, knock him out with greetings from me.

Great Price and Quick Service

Computronics fixed a problem for 70% less than any other place I called. I was skeptical because of the lower rate, however, they were very effiecient and just right on the wallet (oh and they also validated my parking ticket). I thought the job would take my MAC for a week, I got it the day after I dropped it off. Michael B.

Whoa, immediate expert computer fix

have been there now twice with major computer

breakdowns. One on friday night 5 pm and

I was out by 8pm. One on thursday AM (harddrive

crashed) and

was back in business by fri AM with all data intact

and a new hardrive. They went the extra mile

so rare today in computer service.

the dc power jack on my laptop was broken. i called around town and computronics gave me the best price. not only did he fix it without any glitches but i had my computer back at the end of the day... i will definitely go back to him with any of my computer repair needs. thanks!

Wonderful service - fast, efficient, and very friendly! Would recommend anyone going there, and they will even build your own computer system, at a very reasonable rate! They treated me like family and were able to fix all my problems!

HP DV2000 motherboard headache.

Laptop died, HP DV2000. HP has a history of failed motherboards. No on wants to fix them. But Coputronics tried all ways of trying to resolve it. Started in Nov 2008. Placed a motherboard and it died. Again placed a brand new bios2 motherboard and it did not work. Finally they got hold of a failed complete DV2000 and switched harddrive and mem and extras. These people don't give up. They will find any means to resolve. Just be patient. They even took it to 3 different techs (outside) besides the ones he has in his own shop

Now keep in mind, when I bought this HP Laptop straight from them it only lasted one year. Exactly when the warranty died. Exactly, again, one year later it died again (motherboard) and that is when I took it to Computronics.
