Cool Karaoke Studio and bar in K-Town
by SmokeyDoke
Found my new spot! I’m really impressed. Usually I hate K-joints, but this place was posh with an interesting Egyptian theme. The service was nice and prices were reasonable. AND the place has strob lights. Score! I’d give Parao 5 stars. 4 bottles soju, 2 plates of food = $100. Has a good K-pop and J-pop selection and an okay English section. But hey, can you beat STROBE LIGHTS? I think not!
- Pros: STROBE LIGHTS
- Cons: Expensive, but worth it

This is my new favorite place! I was there for my best friend's birthday and we had the best time ever. I can't remember our server's name, something like Helen, but she gave us the kind of service you could only dream of. Everyone there seemed to be having a crazy good time and the whole place felt like a party. I didn't eat, but the food looked great. It's good, cheap fun and everyone who worked there seemed glad to be there. I haven't come across anyplace like it out here. Thanks, Parao. See you soon.

Sensantional! The bartenders are HOT, FUN to talk to, and GREAT singers. Parao has great music in several languages including Korean, American, Japanese, Chinese, & Vietnamese music. I went during the weekend and it was a blast. Need to check it out during happy hour. Don't take my word for it - CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF!!!
- Pros: plenty of parking, good vibe, great people
Great Karaoke

This is a great karaoke place that I recently discovered. The Asian bartenders are entertaining, the live music "Open Karaoke" is fun to listen to, plus the security officer is friendly and does a great job of keeping you safe.
Awesome place plus definitely recommend to others.

Overall: Highly Rec.

Good Facility, Horrible Staff
by lilbluebonnet
The private karaoke rooms at Parao are nice, roomy, and offer a fairly large selection of songs. However, I have NEVER encountered a more rude or outrageous staff in my life. The security guard asked my group for money, the cashier asked for a tip (and wouldn't let us leave until he received one, even though there was absolutely no reason to tip him), and we were asked to use bathrooms outside the facility. BOTTOM LINE--don't bother. There are plenty of other karaoke bars in K-town.
- Pros: Karaoke selection
- Cons: Service

What a Blast!

My friend and I went on a Saturday night as first-timers and had a fabulous time! The song selections were amazing. We sang 3-4 songs each over the course of night and didn't have to wait a long time at all. It was also fun hearing other people trying to sing. Great place to hang out with friends. If you dont like alcohol beverages try "milky fruit drink" it's out of this world.
- Pros: safe parking, friendly staff

cool place to hang out after work, they have a kind of laid back atmosphere at the bar & restaurant area but you can go wild and crazy in their private karaoke room which assigned to your party only. I liked their reasonably priced drinks & generous portion of food. I was a little skeptical about trying out their milky fruit punch which was recommended by their host, it was awesome! Very refreshing.
- Pros: safe parking, multi-ethnic crowd, relaxed atmosphere

Waitress & waiters always pay attention to their guest and they know what we need before we tell them. Great place for Company gathering !! Nice background music also.
