The drinking den of SLS Hotel's maze-like dining bazaar.

In Short
If the hulking communal wood table in the middle of the SLS Hotel's main lobby doesn't give you a clue, then just keep walking past the oblong object and grab a seat at the glowing bar behind it. That's where you'll find this cocktail-centric arm of the labyrinthine space known as The Bazaar by Jose Andres. It's also where you can experience wild libations of Wonka-esque proportions: Edible, sorbet-like caipirinhas (made with liquid nitrogen, courtesy of a curbside "valet" mixologist) and margaritas topped with "salt air." Feel like something a little more substantial? Then try "new-style sushi," caviar and cauliflower creme fraiche cones or foie gras on a stick wrapped in cotton candy. The name might mean "central" in Spanish, but this bar is deliciously left of center.
