I Love My Hair!

I purchased a "sew In" wig and it is well made with wonderful hair that feels and looks natural.

Customer service has been excellent.. They have been prompt, fair, and reliable.

• Pros: Best Wig I have ever had.
• Cons: The company is in LA and I live in Las Vegas!

Soft and lovely

I was already accustomed to virgin remy hair, so I knew when my Duet arrived, the quality was top-notch. Two sew-in pieces -- how much easier could that be? And I can part my hair anywhere, and it looks like “me!”

When my stylist saw the pieces, she understood exactly what to do with them. She loved the concept. The upper “scalp” fits exactly as it should, like a tight-fitting puzzle piece, and both of us prefer that to some other alternatives out there.

My Duet natural curly lies flat, and there’s been no shedding and no tangling. I’ve worn it curly and I have flat-ironed it, and the hair looks completely natural. No bumps when it’s straight. No bulkiness when it’s curly.

The online customer service could not have been better. Responses to my questions were immediate. And delivery time -- I almost felt like I batted my eyes twice, and there it was! Incredibly pleased about that.

• Pros: Because it's already wefted, it lies like natural hair.
• Cons: Can't think of any.

Great Product Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a silk based virgin curly hair closure from Studio Hair Dept. & I couldn't be happier with tthe customer service or the product. The owner was so nice to me over the phone it was like we were old friends. She shipped the item quickly. When it arrived it was soft like butter and smelled wonderful. She also sent care instructions a little note and a small gift. I thought that was very nice. The hair seems to be great quality Indian hair. I am currently wearing it & I have had no shedding or tangling issues. I plan to order from them in the future & if you are looking for quality Indian hair I would suggest that you give them a try.

Best hairpiece I ever purchased

Purchased the DUET sew in unit in the natural curly, 1B.

Really pretty.

Front of it looks like a real scalp, lays flat to my head. No bulkiness. Can part anywhere, but like to wear the part on the side.

Whole piece is very well made with wefts in the back.

I shampoo and condition it every week, and it just gets softer and softer.

Planning on ordering another one with straight hair later, so that I can change up my look.

Couldn't be more pleased with the product. Top notch.

And got great customer service. They shipped the piece out to me the very next day.
