I had been going to Perfect Body for a year for body waxing, and I was very happy with what I was getting. That included the prices. Before New Year's, I went in, got my wax done. When I came out, I was charged TWICE what I used to get charged for the same wax! They said that the ownership had changed and hence the prices. WHAT!!! Then why wasn't I told this when I walked in??? Their website and salon listed the OLD prices, I had checked that day! Apparently this is almost fraud (I have a lawyer family member). He said that if I had told this to him at the time, he would've taken legal action. That said, I was happy with the quality of the wax and the lady was nice. There was no music though. Still, I won't be back.

Pros: great wax results (they had soft wax available), nice waxer

Cons: Waaaaaay overpriced!, My appointment was 30 mins late

I hate it when a business goes into their own "anonymous" ratings and rate themselves favorably! It is so obvious that the majority of the positive comments came from the owners themselves. They follow the exact same format (a few lines, many typos, no pros or cons), and all come from users who have only commented on Perfect Body. That is so cheap and fraudulent!

I had a great first time experience there. I've been all over the west side sampling facials at various spas and this was by far the best overall experience. I believe the place is newly remodeled. Most of the spas I've visited previously were old and ragged so this was a welcome surprise. Everyone here was very courteous, professional and friendly. My facial was very relaxing, skin looked great. I'm looking forward to the next treatment. I am shocked at some of the negative reviews posted here for this salon - really makes you wonder about people's motives. Anyway - that's what I have to say and I'm usually pretty critical if things aren't just right. Try it, you'll like it.

Pros: easy access, convenient location, decent pricing

I have been trying to review Perfect Body for a while now (a couple of years) and for some reason my review keeps on getting removed. I am hoping this one stays up. I had been going to Perfect Body for a few years and then it got bought over and redone by new owners. I was excited at first because it totally needed to be redone but the end result was horrible estheticians and rude employees. I have never been treated so poorly before, while I was getting waxed my friend waited in the lobby with my son and was asked to leave because he was being loud. He wasn't being loud as the walls were thin and I would have heard. My friend confirmed this and said he was just babbling/cooing. When I came out and asked where they were the receptionist told me my friend "wanted to wait outside" which I found out was a total lie. I went back in and confronted her where she totally back peddaled, the owner ended up calling me to apologize. He offered me a free massage but my esthetician left (thank goodness) and I never went back. It wasn't even worth a free massage to go back there. It's one thing to ask my friend and child to leave and it's another to tell me something totally different! If you are going to make a no kids rule fine just don't twist things around to suit you! I don't see how it got a 9.7!

At this spa I had the worst Brazilian wax I have ever had. The woman was thirty minutes late for my appointment and never apologized. She was rude and then proceeded to give an unskilled wax. I have had many brazilian waxes before and this was 100 times more painful than all of my previous experiences. As if that was not bad enough, the lady tried to send me home with patches of unwaxed hair. When I mentioned it to her she attempted to "fix" it by doing one more strip---which still left tons of patches untouched. Finally, her terrible lack of technique left me with three ingrown hairs---something I have never gotten from previous waxes. I highly discourage anyone from going here for a wax.

Pros: Good location

Cons: Worst wax ever, rude and not punctual

I had a 1 hour European facial here and it was the worst hour I've ever had. As one of the posts mentions, there ARE electrodes involved. This place is not clean or relaxing and doesn't feel ANYTHING like a spa. In addition the music is too loud, the process was way too rough, and I left feeling like I need a shower from head to toe. I will never go here again and wouldn't recommend anyone having a facial here. I don't know HOW this place got on the list for best facials???

Pros: Reasonable prices

Cons: Dirty & loud

I brought in five of my best clients. I am in pharmaceutical sales and this is the best client appreciation perk I've found. I'd recommend a full spa party or some of the facial/massage/waxing packages. Thanks again!

I had a facial, massage and a Mystic tan and came out feeling refreshed!!! Good times. I set my mom up for an appointment on mother's day already!

There are no words to describe what happened to me there. It was the most horrible experience in my entire life. Not only was the staff fake and annoying, but the facial treatment hurt (yes i realize that it's suppose to "sting" but this really takes the cake). How did it make the "best" list?!?!?!? HOW??? Even the music was straight out of a horror movie! Oh yes, did I mention there were electrodes involved? IF you're looking for random adventure and a good facial, do not go here.

Pros: Free parking, Staff that kisses but, Fake compliments

Cons: Pain, Smell, ELECTRODES!

I went for a bikini wax and ended up doing a massage and tan. I didn't realize they offered everything. Next time I' try one of their facials! Cool place!
