I've rented here twice. Both rentals went without a hitch, although the second time my van rental was an hour late because they were transporting a client home in it...they cleaned the exterior, but the interior windows were so dirty I had to clean them later myself. One other thing - if you just want the basic loss damage waiver, make sure they don't give you the enhanced LDW. I almost didn't catch it in the contract...
