The food is fresh, fresh, fresh!! Very tender rice and moist beans. The chips and salsa are to die for!! And not too expensive. The drinks are mediocre, but the food is definitely worth it.
- Pros: Fresh chips & salsa
- Cons: Drinks aren't the best

I have been to Casita Del Campo about 15 times, and yes everytime I go I always leave happy. I know one server there, he's the older mexican gentlemen and he is a great server who is always friendly and attentive. I would suggest trying to the chicken tacos plate. The chips and salsa are absolutely amazing, and the chips of course are freshly baked.
If you are looking for an authentic mexican restaurant with a to die for environment, well this is the place.
It's adorable inside and as charming and authentic as mexican can get in SILVERLAKE mind you!
Cute people too.
- Pros: Ambience,Service,Food
- Cons: Busy on weekends

I came here a few times with my friends and had a great time. The service is very friendly and the people who come here have a good energy. Their food is also very good! My friend had a birthday here recently and we all had a great time! I would highly suggest this restaurant for events. They are very accommodating and although from the outside the place looks small, there are a lot of rooms within this place. The ambiance is beautiful and warm. You will just have to visit for yourself!
Worst Bar service, food is nothing to write home about.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The bar service was horrible. I literally waited for an hour to get an overpriced mediocre margarita. Granted it was busy but still there were four bartenders who obviously had no clue what was going on. The food is okay, just overpriced. The salad is just a bed of lettuce with some generic dressing smothered all over it. I ordered the carnitas which were good, just a little too salty. For the price, its just not worth it when there are so many places in L.a that do it better.
- Pros: good chips and salsa, good table service
- Cons: Slow bar, food is mediocre, overpriced

I was a bit hesitant about trying this restaurant after reading the mixed reviews, but I went with a few friends for my birthday and had a wonderful dinner. We requested a table outside and sat on the very lovely patio. The decor inside and out was beautiful, and had a very relaxed feel. Our server was marvelous and the entire wait staff was extremely attentive throughout our meal. The food was very fresh and delish. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for either an intimate date or a raucous dinner with friends. Every mood can be accommodated and fed here.

This is one of my favorite places. The food is always good and the service is friendly. There is also a bar if you just want to drink. It's a very social atmosphere.

Since 1962, "West Side Story" memorabilia has decorated this casual Mexican restaurant serving everything from taquitos to conchinita pibil.

The place is fun! I have never had bad service there. I like the 50-50 gay straight vibe. It's not pretentious. Try the specials! Not my favorite marg in town, but decent. I like the area, the atmosphere and the food and drinks are good. They have shows but I have never been.
A Favorite for Years and Years

I first found this place back in the early 60's when it was a little cottage of a place. It's grow and grown over the years, and while the food isn't as good as it used to be, it's still very good. I went there on my first date with my partner (of over 40-years now) and fell in love with him over dinner - so a special spot for us.
- Pros: atmosphere, food, service
