BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a loyal customer for over three years. Yesterday I forgot my wallet & asked if I could tan & return and pay when I went to Trader Joe's in a few hours. Did I mention I have been going here for years. I was denied & told the computer wouldn't let her. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here & they have all of my info on file! What a bad way to treat a customer! I will no longer recommended this salon at my business . I will find a new salon for myself, friends and clients!!!!
