worst service ever

I needed a tarp. After three phone calls and three visits to the store (only jose knows what he's doing the yard manager ) they gave me the wrong piece so i went back a fourth time. yep time number four for a cutting of tarp which is sold by the square foot. when i went back for the right piece they had sewn scraps together and there were stiches everywhere (not waterproof ) come on its a tarp not a sun shade The manager wouldn't help me told me i was wasting his time (Tony said he make 50$ an hour ) and was the biggest jerk I have come across in a long time. they never got it right !!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY DON"T WANT RETURN COSTOMERS TERRIBLE (buy a shirt maybe but don't make them think or try they are not capable of it

Just my experience they have the wrong customer service numbers on the web site for a reason I guess. They neither ship, nor help, nor refund. I hope you have a better experience.

best army costumes

I am a student in U.S.C and was looking for army costumes for our annual party.

I found some awesome uniforms for me and my date.

got lots of compliments, and sent all my friends to shop there.

don't even think to shop elsewhere for army surplus.

Not only the cheapest but also have an inventory that I wasn't aware one can still get!

they definitely are the lead army navy store and army surplus in L.A !

personally I am more into European army clothing, and I found there so many cool clothing!

the stuff has been nice & helpful.

Great place for costunes

We had a great party last weekend, and we've been asked to come with an original costume. I've Googled for army clothing and found RDD'S in down town. I went there with a friend and spend the whole afternoon browsing. They have there crazy staff, original helmets and cool Bdu's, Army Navy swedish jackets and really special staff i don't see usually in Melrose in this kind of stores. Anyway, i've found a cool costume and bought beside that loads of staff

Very good Item selection

I'm buying from RDD for many years, and untill today i couldn't find in L.A area a better store price and selection wise. I highly recommend this store. They are also big in tents.

Number 1 store In California

I'm working for a big production company in L.A and I had the chance during some of our major productions to use RDD'S services, I've never been disappointed.

They have the largest inventory in the Army Navy surplus business. Since they are the main supplier for many stores around the U.S they really have bargain prices in their new store near the USC. Definitely worth the drive!

greatest army surplus store!

I have been following this "operation" for years. They first were on Western Ave., but have grown and moved to their current location. This is a wonderfully run operation. They really know their craft! Whatever one needs to get in a military surplus store, you'll find here! Great selection of clothing from many different countries around the world, and lots of gear, practical items, camping accessories, tents (authentic army tents!), and much more!

Really worth the trip, and very convenient once you get there!

Highly recommended!

A great store with lots of variety

RDD USA is a great find. I was looking for a variety of vintage military stuff for a fashion shoot I'm assisting on. We found really authentic stuff that looked awesome. Even better, the price was right. My boss couldn't have been happier. Since then, I've been back for personal reasons, whenever I am looking for a cool item. My boyfriend has gone down and has found great pants and jackets.

Totally recommend this place. Close to USC for those at school.

Best military supply store

A fantastic store offering a large selection of items. You?ll have no trouble finding anything relating uniforms or military supply there! Well organized, pleasant and conveniently located. Great products with high quality at great prices! Definitely recommended!!!
