This agency is really straightforward, honest and professional - they will get my business!

I was just in here last week to talk to agent Jim Olson about insurance and financial services. I liked this office because the location is easy to get to and there's a big, free parking lot. This agency was clean, neat, organized and the people there were very friendly. I did not wait at all and got to speak to the agent (Jim) immediately. He was very knowledgable about insurance and financial services and had great recommendations about what kind of coverages I would need, what I really didn't need, how much everything would cost and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He gave me some tips on how to save some money on my auto and home insurance and did not pressure me at all to buy anything. This guys is alright in my book and way better than those really, cheesy, tacky, scumbaggish insurance salesman that are all over Hollywood. Give these people a chance and visit - you'll see how the years of experience will benefit you/ They know what they're doing an that's the type of agency you need nowadays.

Honest, Experieced and Knowledgeable

I am really impressed by the service I received from Jim's office.

Jim took the time to sit down with me and review my auto policy with me. I had no idea that what I thought was full coverage at my previous company would have left me in trouble if I was in an accident. I even saved money and Jim gave me a renter's policy for almost nothing extra over my car policy.

After we spoke, Jim introduced me to his staff members. His staff are very professional. The office was warm and inviting and I felt right at home when I was there.

I am very happy that I switched to State Farm and Jim. I highly reccommend his office!

• Cons: Upstairs offce, parking.
