Rooms are really old and dirty!

The location is superb, but the rooms are quite old, dirty and need to be remodeled and cleaned!!!! Also, if you are looking for a good night's sleep, you 're in the wrong place...

The Scene
Nestled into the base of the Hollywood Hills, just below the Magic Palace (FYI: members only, look it up in your guidebook), this stylish residential-style inn houses a lush, tropically landscaped pool courtyard and private tennis court, the former a welcome respite and the latter a rarity in this raucous neighborhood.
The Details
Guest rooms and suites offer updated contemporary style and views of the courtyard. This small hotel, which caters to entertainment industry tourists, is just a short walk from the Walk of Fame and the Hollywood and Highland complex, which houses upscale boutiques and the Kodak Theater, home of the Academy Awards. Even though the area is traffic infested and swarming with bizarre figures of the night, this property is just the place for movie buffs who have to stay in the thick of it.
