Comfy Couch, Reasonably Priced, Quick Turn-Around Time

Our custom couch is so comfy. They were able to make the exact size to fit our space. They can make any size and any style in any fabric? with so many choices I?m grateful that the salesperson helped stir us in the right direction. They delivered it only two weeks after we designed it. They were also very accommodating with the delivery window. I mention this because the delivery window was only two hours, which is unheard of nowadays. The whole experience was fast, easy, and painless. We have already referred friends to them.

Great Staff and Amazingly Comfy Sectional

Our custom sectional is super comfortable. I can?t believe how reasonably priced and quick they are. There are many styles and fabrics to choose from and our sales associate was able to help narrow them down and point us in the right direction. My experience was that their staff was very professional and the quality was better than expected. I?m impressed how the slipcovers are machine-washable and how I can purchase multiple covers to revitalize my furniture when the seasons change.

Scam Artists

DANGER!! These people are criminals. They bait and switch sofa quality and fabrics.

They will say the fabric is a dye lot variation but it will actually be a DIFFERENT FABRIC not a differnet color. They use cheap imitations of the fabric you choose but charge you for the real thing. Too bad I learned this from an industry insider after they scammed me.

Ask them how you will put a small deposit on your credit card and how they will require the balance in cash before delivery - before you see what you are really getting!!! This is so you have no recourse.

As for getting someone on the phone afterwards - no way.

When you go back to the store and they gee-wiz and oh-gosh shine you on and then you hope for some resolution - no way.

Is the positive review below real - no way.

Bad customer service

Great sofa, terrible customer service. They are great if you don't have a problem with the furniture, but if you do look out, they will not return your inquiries, unless you keep on them. Even then, they wouldn't work it out with us. We payed way to much for our sofa and then to get the lousy service, there is no way I would buy from them again. I just cannot reccomend them.

They Built Exactly What I Wanted!

I brought Marina a photograph of a sofa I wanted, with down cushions, a cool , different design and a intricate structure and they made it exactly! I love it. They told me it would take a week and they had it in my house within 3 days! The quality and the craftsmanship is amazing and the owner really took care of me. I love Sofa U Love and would never go anywhere else! They are the best!!!!
