Luis, the Major Force of Milennium Studio, is a True Artist!

Luis worked extensively on our Naples home remodel, installing slab movement granite counters with undermount sinks; an incredible St. Laurent marble fireplace; slab marble showers with carefully matched veins from one wall to the next and decorative pewter escutcheons/thin borders , bathroom floors in light travertine with decorative inlays of dark marbles from the showers and matching marble baseboards; a travertine floor in a mini-Versailles pattern with hand-hewn edges, a different travertine tile floor with an inlay of slab granite, wonderful stone patio work with the edges hewn by hand, and everywhere different and exotic edges. He also set our double-fired porcelain tiles that look-like-sandstone on the garage floor and walkways, cutting around exterior meters and plumbing.

Luis is creative beyond belief and intensely concerned about details and perfection - and the results come out just that way - perfection! We used the finest and most expensive materials and Luis had little to no waste - in fact, we were able to do additional pieces, such as the tops for our dining room built-in cabinets in left-over St. Laurent from the fireplace. Some of these materials - the French marbles - Empire Red in one shower and the St. Laurent - are very crumbly and difficult to work with, hard to cut without causing them to split - but Luis didn't have any splits or waste. He matches veins to absolute perfection and his edges are sophisticated and beautiful..

All in all, Luis is a fabulous craftsman and our home is a sparkling tribute to his creativity. We highly recommend him for all kinds of work in all kinds of materials.
