It WAS a Cool Place

This place is pretty cool, but the main reason our office went there was the feeling we had going in atleast twice a week... Before the heart of the place left.

It was great at first, I actually found this place from a buddy of mine who works at Trader Joe's Corp. He came to see me one day and suggested lunch at this cool new sandwich place. He said he had only been there a couple times, yet the counter girl already knew his name and greeted him with the best smile he'd ever seen! He insisted we go there for lunch.

So we walk in the door, It's homie... I felt real comfortable right away. We were in line about 5 customers back and just like he said, Best smile and she seemed to know everybody by name! Then almost to the front she looked up and shouted out a friendly hello to my buddy! He was so proud I saw that, what a show off!

So after we orderd I was watching this girl go though the motions of a busy lunch crowd, and she did everything, but make the sandwiches. Fast, sharp and flawless! She took orders at the regester, waited on tables, served hot soup and cleaned up tables all at once! This 6' Blonde in pigtails moved like a humming bird!

The rush died down and so did she, walking out in the dining area picking up trash and asking everyone how they were, I asked her who made the soup? She smiled and said "I Do", I make all of them, my own recipies too! We chatted a bit and I found out she baked all the fun creative little desserts daily and made the soup and the best potato salad I ever ate was her Grandmother's original recipie! She was so incredible! I went there all the time. Then one day out of now where she was gone! I would love to know why? But without her, we still use the free banquet room for meetings, but the service now, honestly is horrible. So try it, but know this... It was way better before! Who was that Angel?
