It Was A Good Day For Me At Keyes Lexus

I started next door at Keys Toyota (a Prius) the salesperson was Clayton and he was outstanding. Toyota did not have the car with the color or options that I wanted. I told him that I might walk over to Keyes Lexus since I have a Lexus all ready & just take a look. Clayton called ahead for me and they were waiting at the door, Carole had the perfect car for me & I drove it home! It was a good day!

No Pressure

Carol and Edmund were great help through this process. Made it really easy for me. Also, she was extremely nice to my family. Truly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family because there is no pressure, outstanding customer relations and service.

Yes. David our sales person was very nice and Linda in service was wonderful. She was very nice and would come and find me at times exactly when she said she would. Overall great experience with Keyes Lexus. Will purchase future cars from this dealership.

Best Lexus Dealer I've Seen So Far

These is the best dealer I have ever shopped in my life and the reason is that Artur and Joey work there and nothing ells. I hope Keyes Lexus will hunt for more guys like them in order to make car buying fun rather then a hassle. Good job Ryan Gallante for creating a perfect environment.

Narine was awesome! She even came on her day off to help me get my car. Narine provided me with excellent customer service and she eased the pressure of car buying. I would recommend Keyes Lexus due to their outstanding reputation, and commitment to making their customers feel important. I can not say enough about my experience with Keyes Lexus, and I have my dream car!

When I make appointments I make certain that Michael Oetzell is working that day, as we have a 20+ year professional relationship with him. The info received from your scheduler has not always been accurate. It is recommended that the scheduler makes sure that the info given to a client is accurate.
