So Pleased!!!!!

I must say, it truly was an amazing experience at Gardena Nissan, Thank God! I was in an unfavorable auto loan prior to coming to Gardena Nissan and that didn't matter. Victor Ramierz was very supportive throughout the entire process. I was able to get a 2012 Nissan Altima with an Affordable deal. Victor and his team really made me feel like family as they told me they were going to do all they can to help me get a new car and out of the auto loan that I was in prior where I was in my opinion taken advantage of. I'm so happy with my overall experience and new car!! Thank you Victor and Gardena Nissan!!!

Love My Nissan!

I have loved the Nissan Altima coupe from the moment I first laid eyes on it, but I wasn't sure that I would ever be an owner of one... and NOW I AM!!! I got the most amazing service from my internet sales manager Victor Ramirez. He spoke with me over the phone for days before I came down to the dealership since I live in Orange County. So convenient since I don't live close!! He was sure he'd be able to make it happen for me and he did. He went over inventory with me and found the exact car I wanted. Victor worked hard to get the most amazing deal on the car and the offer was one I couldn't refuse! When it was all done, I was comfortable and happy with the deal he offered me for my new car. Everyone at the dealership was amazing, and I have referred friends and family to Victor and he worked hard for them as well. I love my 2012 Altima Coupe. Thank you Victor!

Great Dealership

Wonderful dealership. I highly recommend!!!! Very knowlegeable Sales and Service. My wife used to take our Murano to Santa Monica Nissan until we received a quote for our last maintenance. We were advised to have a load of parts replaced because they were "worn". Total cost was to be close to 5k. Decided to take the Murano to Gardena Nissan for another opinion. Not only did the parts not need to be replaced. The serviice advisor also took pictures and showed me the condition. We were very pleased.

While waiting, we looked at the New Maximas and were greeted by a very friendly salesperson (Victor). He was very knowlegeable. Needless to say, we left the dealership with our Murano and a New Maxima. The sales and service at Gardena Nissan is top notch!!!!!

Do not take in your car for any repair

rude, and unprofessional. Even lies. Would not even fix the car. Told me I drove the car in so I better drive it out. Had the worst experience ever.
