The Irish Times is by far the best all around pub in West LA. I've been living in the area for 4 years now and I've pretty much been everywhere. The 'Times' is a nice quiet spot tucked away from the madness of Los Angeles. Parking is a breeze, there's never any cover nor is it ever crowded, and the drinks are priced right. The food is well basically bar food but good and cheap. If you want to have a night out with friends or just a quiet night and a couple of drinks this is the place to be. The golf game they have isn't all abused and sticky like the Golden Tees at most bars. The best part is there's no Karaoke night at this place. The pub around the corner has full volume Karaoke every night and after 10 seconds of walking in there you want to stab yourself in the eye with a pool cue. The 'Times' is where it's at.
Pros: Cheap drinks, good food, great atmosphere, and good service
Cons: Sometimes the bar surface is a little bit sticky
