The Kung Pao is Superb!

I use Kung Pao sauce as my Chinese food barometer and their Kung Pao sauce is amazing. Different than any I've had, it's just about perfect. I order it with white meat chicken, since I've never been a big fan of the lower grade chicken customarily used by Chinese restaurants in Kung Pao.
