Utter lack of ambiance, slightly low-rent Palms location, and very limited parking initially turned me away from this establishment. After two visits, however, I'm willing to concede that the food is both high quality and high value. The menu is nothing too ecclectic, but this place is really about standards done right. Service was friendly and reasonably fast on both past visits. Caution on the orange chicken: it's very orange. We're talking actual pieces of orange rind. Bottom line: not a place to impress a date, but if you're in the area and looking for really good basic Chinese grub, try Hu's. If you can find a place to park.
