I read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. I have tried it a few times and it is hard to believe this place is highly rated. Its not even close to being a good place to eat compared to any chinese restuarant I have been too. I found that Hu's was greasy and service to be poor. My last visit, Eric, the manager, took my order togo. Eric made a mistake on my order, which I found out at home. I was over-charged. When I called, Eric, he insisted that it was my fault that he made an error. If we wanted the money difference, I would have to go to the restuarant with all the food so that he can correct the mistake and re-make our lunch. Eric said he would re-make the lunch correctly. I went back to the restuarant, Eric took the food gave me correct change. When Eric gave me my order, I thought it was awfully quick, and Eric told me he had them hurry and re-make our lunch, which was a lie. It seems that Eric just re-pack the same food in different containers. Eric replaced the salad with an eggroll, but the problem was he gave us the original main course back without re-making it. Eric has the nerve to lie that he re-made the lunch, even though we pointed that out. We did not see any stream coming from the container. Its clear that I need to find a new chinese restuarant with better business practices, and better food. I would not go here ever again.
