Best dumpling appetizer

This hole in the wall Chinese restaurant is the best in Palms! The service is great and the prices are reasonable. The portions are huge and the food is delicious though a bit on the greasy side, but that's almost to be expected. Make sure you try the spicy dumpling appetizer. It's da bomb! Parking is a nightmare. Try finding a spot on Motor or Woodbine or Mentone.
