The Fishermans Restaurant was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, except for it being a tad chilly by the time we were able to be seated at our outside table which was right at the edge of the deck overlooking the ocean and the moon over the water. There were outdoor heaters which helped, but be warned, it does get chilly. While we were waiting for a table we had drinks across the way at their more casual restaurant. The drinks were excellent, and the service was very pleasant. The bartender made me a drink that he was unfamiliar with. After serving me he thought about how he could make it better so he sent out a second one for me to sample too! Four of us dined at the restaurant and all of found our seafood to be excellent, along with the nice rolls and salads. We did not get desserts, we were too full, but the dessert menu was tempting. What better way to enjoy the California coastline than to dine on a deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean? I would recommend it.

Pros: beautiful view, very good food

Cons: gets pretty chilly when the sun goes down

Great view and great food. Although we had to wait for a table on the deck outside for about an hour, it was well worth the wait. The view from the pier was fabulous and thankfully the food was even better. The seafood is outstanding and very fresh as are the rolls, which come out warm and delicious. Our waiter was fun and helped us with our ordering. And for dessert we all shared a piece of their Mud Pie. Enough for 3...maybe even 4. It was grand. While so many restaurants tout their location, Fisherman's is definitely one that has location and great food.

Pros: Great view and food.

Cons: Long wait for an outdoor table.
