Great Montessori School

NWMS is a great preschool. My daughter has attended NWMS for the past 3 years and has blossomed. Not all Montessori schools are alike, or really follow the Montessori method, but NWMS does. My daughter has enjoyed her experience there. Teachers are great. Iw ill agree with what one other reviewer said, that one teacher did speak English as her second language, however she was wondeful and my daughter learned a lot from her. All of the teachers love the children and love teaching. My daughter has been reading for 6 months and loves it! She's also doing math/fractions.The children and parents who attend the school are great as well. Our son is about to start there next year.

My only complaint is that it is a tad expensive and that the buildings could use some updating. However, they seem to always be painting or something. I just can't figure out how they can't seem to renovate the bathrooms with what we're paying. The kids don't seem to notice though- they are happy. And honestly, the bathrooms at the public schools aren't any better!

Do NOT Recommend!

Unless your child is transitioning from their toddler program or is WELL prepared for structure and a school environment, do not waste your time. The teachers have horrible grammar skills and a bad knowledge of the English language in general. VERY disappointed.
